I had a strawberry shortcake. There were few products because I visited late.We did not buy this time, but recommended classic Oyama roll and were able to buy comfortably. The cake was so light and fluffy that the sponge was so delicious that the cream was not too persistent.Thank you very muchTakumi Mita's strawberry shortcake ¥ 453 yen

Every year, I went to Salon du Chocolat to eat and compare various bonbon chocolates, but Escoyama's chocolates here are all art! Moreover, the price is lower than other brand chocolates! ! All the Bonbon chocolates with the theme of Japanese are original and the taste is folded in multiple layers to make you enjoy each bite. The bonbon chocolate called Ninja gives you the smoke that makes you feel like you are hiding. Every one of Mr. Koyama's commitment is transmitted from the chocolate. The shop I finally went to because I wanted to go to the main store all the time. You can be happy just by visiting a shop full of dreams! It's a shame that I can't go there because it's so far, but I want to visit it again and again! It's a nice shop.

Great bakery also.

Bakery goods were still excellent but the waiting in line was too long, plus some people sneaked in through the side door which was meant to be the exit after you paid. Should extend the bakery zpace and add more tills for payment. Luckily the chocolate store was still not crowded.

The architecturally interesting "den of chocolate" has a lovely display of bonbons, which have won Susumu Koyama international recognition. Many people wait daily to buy the "roll cake" at his cake shop, and others go to his bread shop, but I most appreciate his single-source chocolate bars.

Such a wonderful place. All products are amazing and definitely worth the 1 hour trip from big cities. The only problem is there're almost all local visitors so it's hard to find a staff speaking English.

Sweets empire by world famous chocolatier located in the middle of suburban residential area, 90 min from Kobe-Sannomiya. The campus has several pavilions, each dedicated to different product groups as in Chocolate, Bread, Japanese sweets, Pastries, Macarons, Baum-kuchen, Cafe. Long line everywhere.
