I recently posted a negative review regarding Passero's staff/customer relations, they made adjustments to the staff and the atmosphere is amazing, extremely friendly, approachable, and helpful. They never are bothered by questions. Their food and coffee have always been good, the Old City Vegi wrap is delicious!

Not too bad, personality boost needed by workers. Awkward since it's in a lobby. But it's quick.

Yes. The entrance is on the opposite block from 13th street. If you want to get to it from Macy's, walk into Macy's from 13th street and walk straight through to the doors on the opposite side.
