Food was delicious, prices were ok.

Me and my family went there for my mother’s birthday hoping to get a few drinks and a snack. We were seated politely. Once we were seated we looked over the menu and we were ready to order, but nobody came to our table. We waited for an hour hoping somebody would come and even bring waters to our table. There were maybe 2 tables at the restaurant so the place was not busy at ALL. Waitresses passed by our table and just ignored us as if we weren’t there. We decided to leave, and it pretty much ruined my mother’s birthday because we ended up not going anywhere else. Thanks a lot..

Good food but the service is usually very slow.

Took over 45 min to get food. Service was barely OK. No updates given for food taking so long. No follow up visit after we got food. Thankfully food was pretty good.

I usually receive good service. Not so on Saturday, December 21, 2019. I guess one should avoid this venue over holidays when experienced regulars are likely on vacation and the venue is staffed by inexperienced substitutes. So, I arrive there at 12:45 for a lunch and first had to wait 4 or 5 minutes to be greeted and seated. No one came to my table to take my order or even a beverage for 10 or 12 minutes so I walked out and dined elsewhere. While waiting for service, at least five times staff walked passed me and ignored me. Although the venue had many patrons, it wasn’t overcrowded and there seemed to be several waitstaff. Also, the tamales used to be great, but the last two times I ordered them, they were gloppy, so I don’t order them any more.

The drink were pretty good great happy hours but the food has definitely changed over the yrs

Best steak burritos. Corn salsa was ok. Fish taco was good.

Great food, friendly service. The pinto bean mash is so good! The tacos I got weren't messy and very tasty, one of my favorite spots!

Food was okay. Don’t get the queso. Who puts cream cheese in with cheese and calls it queso. Sorry, not a fan! Of course, coming from H-town, our expectations of Mexican food is pretty high.

What's not to love! I have eaten here several times in last 3 weeks while in Madison. The service provided by Pasqual's is always exceptional. The wait staff is always energetic and ready to serve you. The food here has a true southwest flavor and is always tasty. Great location in the Hilldale Shopping Center. Give a try!!!

Awful service. Was there two hours. Food was bad. Second best part of the meal was guacamole that wasn’t fully smashed. Admittedly still love avocados. Only go for drinks- marg was great.

Great food, but my order was not correct. For takeout, head straight to the bar to pick it up! Located across from the grocery store at Hilldale. Next time I’ll order in for better order accuracy and to try the drinks.
