Papi Queso

My husband and I have been here too many times to count and it is consistently phenomenal. The pig mac and the buffalo chicken ones are our favorites and we split both to enjoy the amazing flavors each has to offer. The only downside is they're consistently busy, but that's because they're amazing and definitely well worth the wait!

They had sold out of the Pic Mac so I decided on the Mac Melt. The Mac Melt is a mac and cheese grilled cheese. It was amazing. When you think about pasta and bread together it can seem to be a bit much but this was the perfect combination. You could taste the herbs and the huge flakes of salt and it was just the right amount of cheese and pasta. It complimented the sandwich very well.

I ordered the mushroom Gruyere sandwich and the tomato soup. I was in heaven. The mushrooms were sauteed beautifully and the cheeses were melted perfectly with the crispy bread. Perfect for dunking in the tomato soup with the tarragon cream drizzle. I thought the prices were reasonable and the workers were kind and efficient. Definitely go here!

The best and I repeat the best grilled cheese EVER.I had the pig mac melt and husband had the Jalapeño bacon melt. Can't wait to fo again

The Employees are so nice !! I was really surprised .! They spoke to me saying my name had a smile on their face . I will definitely come back. They are very welcoming and let you know their specials for that day. The only bad thing is the Line which could be long but its totally worth it . The customer service is great.!

I visit this place a lot since I work right next to it. I must say the customer service is always awesome and they keep the place clean all the time. Pricing is affordable and they serve large portions.

Had the buffalo sandwich and it was AMAZING. One of THE best sandwiches I have ever had. As for their tomato soup - it tasted nothing like tomato and quite frankly it was pretty gross. Will def be back for another sandwich.

A fancy, upscale take on grilled cheese. I visited the location in Optimist Hall. The wait wasn't too bad even on a weekend night. The fries were crispy and the sandwich delicious.

Went for the first time. Had an incredible Mushroom Gruyère grilled cheese and a Mountain Candy from Sycamore Brewing to wash it down! Optimist Hall location is awesome.
