Papa Murphy's

When I went in there the customer service was great until what I'm going to assume was the manager Darian treated an employee not seeing that the one she was blaming was only wrapping up the pizzas and not making them. She made her an example of what not to do and she didnt see that the worker was just wrapping.

I would give it only 1 star but the pizza is always so good that I added another 1. I don’t know what happened to the management or owner but this place is run purely by teenagers. Which wouldn’t be so bad if they weren’t bratty, rude and had a bit of common sense. I know good help is hard to find but c’mon- there’s should be some level of standards with employees.

I love Papa Murphy's! It's a gourmet pizza when cooked on the Traeger!

Pizza isn't bad but the employees had a bad attitude, sure we showed up 30 min b4 close but that gives no reason to be treated like we were a total inconvenience just for a pepperoni pizza. Next time I will take my money were it's wanted.

Good pizza and well worth the extra drive from Post falls.

3rd visit and every one has been a poor experience. Rude young girls that have no customer service attitudes. Too much cheese and not enough toppings. Toppings just thrown on and not spread out decently. Waited 20 minutes only to find out they made it and stuck it on pickup.

I absolutely love papa murphys but..Recently both times in the last month we bought a half pepperoni half pineapple and Canadian bacon, there prep station is so DIRTY we had olives mushrooms onions and peppers in our pizza.. BOTH times, I didnt even eat it the last time we bought it because of this.. I'm not a fan of onions!! I will drive to the one in Coeur d alene next time because I dont trust this location any longer.

They have good prices of you come prepared with a coupon. Always yummy.

Love Papa Murphys pizza. The best take home pizza place around. Others claim to be better but after a taste test I usually head back to Papa Murphys.

Very rude, unfriendly and acted like we were a bother when we came in at 7:25pm , they were supposed to be open until 8pm while we were there the young man went over and turned the open sign off at 7:30pm as if to tell us to leave. And like the other comments very dirty. Will not be back to the one in Hayden the one in Sandpoint (were we live) is much nicer, cleaner and always friendly.

You can't beat a PM pizza!

Run by rude teenage girls! Their was no sauce or toppings on the pizza. Idk what's going on, Hayden has always been my favorite one but not anymore! They made our pizza wrong 3 times and then when we got it it was the worst pizza. I will not be returning to this location till some adults are running the store and not snotty teens that can't make pizza.

Good prices, quick service, and great food.
