Pizza was cold and did not have items ordered

this location needs to clean up and focus on customer relations and quality food. the pizza has gone down hill continuously. staff has become less educated and less personable. Business would increase if they extended the delivery radius by 1 mile, then they wouldn't have to put someone on hold for 10 mins after already setting up an order, only to decline business and waste time. but hey not every store wants to satisfy customers and make money...instead lets eat up the clock n get high while playing with dough.. c'mon guys papa and Peyton both would be ashamed of the halls store.

The food is Always fresh, store is always clean,and the employees are always nice and processional

Great pizza, great selections! Would have given five stars if they would use less sauce & more cheese.

They will not openly tell you it's a lower price if you carryout the pizza. You must ask for the lower price and then they make it sound as if it was a new idea.

I LOVE Papa John's! I have been ordering online here at the Hallsstore Approx 20 years! The pizza has always been extremely hot like it's fresh out of the oven. The crust tonight was the best I've ever had. I usually give the dogs my excess crust but tonight it was slim pickings for them. LOL Tonight I called in instead of ordering online, I had to be placed on hold for a couple minutes. (totally understood) It was an all around great experience! Thank you so much, Papa John's, Halls!

Delivery driver was extremly rude threw the pizza still the bag down onto my porch before handing it to me... didnt even say a word to me except here is your receipt and then proceeded to hold his hand out for a tip which i reluctantly gave him.
