Satutday employees I assume the busiest day, are corteous, very friendly and go over with you, the rest of the week, I assume the slowest day, are rude, rushy, put you on hold on the phone and never go back to you.

Consistently better than the rest of the chains but still not better than local.

Great customer service! I haven’t seen customer service like this in a restaurant much less a pizza place in years. 5 stars!
