Papa John's Pizza

I just wanted to know if they had boneless pizza and they hung up on me but I also wanted some toe nails in my pizza sauce bag but he said to stick my no no square In rotisserie chicken

Placed my ordwr at 940, the pizza (yes only 1 pepperoni and mushroom pizza!) Didnt come till close to almost 11. When it did come, it was cold. Will not be ordering again from this location 😒

I'm not a big fan of all their pizza, but their pan pizza is fantastic ! They always seem to be understaffed and swamped but they they bust their butts to get through that and get everybody's orders out! A great job guys!!😀😀

Super disappointed with this location..food we ordered was over cooked tough and unpleasurable. We didn't even eat the food..we had to settle for another fast food option. We ordered online and didn't even receive our free cheese sticks with purchase of $12 or more. Took the survey and expressed my concerns. The general manager Michelle H. Low reached out via email and stated that she was sorry the food turned out bad and wanted to make things right..I replied to her email twice asking that she only replace the order..she didn't reply to either of my emails....very dissatisfied and disappointed with this Papa John's. will not order from again!!!

I called in to make an order for delivery. The lady told me see you in one hour. My kids were not going to wait that long. I cancelled the delivery. I want in and pick it up. OMG. The pizza was cold NASTY and not cook. I will NEVER order from this place again.... I end up feeding my kids noodles. They wanted pizza

I ordered 2 pizzas they were cold i shouldnt have to heat up my pizza soon as I get from the restaurant.....highly disappointed and it was delivery

Only one person there working the register and making food. They are very rude indifferent and unprofessional. Certainly not worth the wait for a mediocre chain pizza. You deserve better. Try a local pizzeria instead.

Delicious pizza. Appeared understaffed. We're right up the road but one of us always drives in because a delivery fee plus driver's tip is just not worth it for an $8 pizza. Also for some reason now they expect you to tip when picking up yourself. Are these folks not already being paid? If so, seems like Papa John should start investing in the most important ingredient of all, his people.

It is not only the best pizza out of all the chains by far, but has such a pleasant and professional staff. The consistency of their pizza and customer service is a truly rare find! Love it!!

I ordered my food for pick up and when I got there they had told me that their delivery driver took my food and that I would have to wait there for more food to be made. I asked if they could deliver the food to me once it’s done because I didn’t have the time to wait and the Manager Derek told me no I had to sit there and wait so I got a refund.

Not the greatest, crust was the best part of the pizza.service was average.

Ordered for carry out and when we arrived, they couldn’t find our order. They gave us a free large pizza and cheese sticks for their mistake. We were blown away and I can’t say enough good things about our experience. Thanks so much guys!!

The new jalapeno bites are disgusting literally jalapenos and dry bread thats it.

Carryout order was ready in about 15 minutes. Pizzas were really good and also looked delicious. I have to say, delivery from this location is just okay. I always get great service when I order carryout.
