Papa John's Pizza

We ordered Papa John's for the 1st time tonight and I have praise and critique. The pizza arrived quickly, was hot and fresh and the driver was polite. The price is fair and the deep dish pizza and cheese sticks were enjoyed by my family. My only two complaints are, I ordered the gluten free pizza and the crust was burnt which wasn't very appetizing, and I personally find the pizza sauce too sweet. We'll probably order from them again as they are just down the road but next time they hopefully won't burn my pizza.

We ordered Papa Johns for a birthday party, they gave us a discount, the pizza arrived exactly when it was suppose to, it was hot and yummy!

Pizza is one of the best chain pizzas in Nanaimo. 2 complaints are that they do not deliver to all addresses in Lantzville, which in comparison is just as far a some Hammond Bay locations. Second, we ordered on the phone and went to pick it up. We arrived and they had lost the order. We had to wait Whilebthey put the order in. Not ideal when you preorder to skip the waiting in the parking lot.

Cannot comment on how well the service is here as they are brand new and likely will have some growing pains as they start their new business in Nanaimo. The pizza is good, and Papa John's in general is a great pizza joint. I really like using the website or app to order. Has so far been flawless. Very good deals can be found online in the form of coupon codes as well. Many sales aren't advertised. Do a Google search and scope one out before ordering online. Could easily save you up to 25%.This is the one of the few companies that isn't restrictive in their coupon code use policies. If they are recent, and not expired, they will go through.

Very good pizza

So good! If you haven't yet tried papa johns, I highly recommend it, quality of all thing we have tried is just great. The thin crust is even good.... Not my favourite but good. By far the my favorite pizza place.

Very big fan of Papa John's in Nanaimo. Have always wanted to try them in the States but never got an opportunity.They are just down the road from me, which is both a blessing and a curse, as I have ordered from them about once a week in the last little while.I have my Papa rewards account app on my phone, which is very convenient, and I love the ability to follow the progress of my order.Papa Bless!

The staff are absolutely wonderful. They're so happy and cheerful and they're so understanding. Truly an amazing group of people and I'm so happy I get to work beside them <3The food is good and super quick! I appreciate all of their hard work and generosity.

Messed up my order twice, but the pizza was tasty. Especially the garlic parmesan crust.
