Papa John's Pizza

I’ve ordered from here when I’ve had to work late and they always come in handy! The delivery drivers are always so nice and the pizza is always how I order it. I will keep ordering for my late work nights!

Order was not right,need more sauce.

Gave exceptional explanation for long wait, didn't order will try again

We usually order from this location a lot. They have always gotten all of our orders right and were very fast. Tonight I tried to call the restaurant and was asked to be put on hold. 10 minutes later I hang up and try to call three more times with no answer. I finally just ordered on my app and they got here in 45 minutes. A really nice guy brought us our pizza and I had asked them about the phone situation. He told me that him and one other manager are working because everybody else quit. He apologized and was very nice and well mannered. So if you are ordering around the time of this post just be patient with them. They are trying their best.

Helpful, friendly staff. Pizza was ready ten mins before they promised and it was fresh out of the over and delicious. Couldn't ask for better.

I'm posting a second review because I eat here weekly some time 2 times a week and the management here is one of the best. I have seen some of the post on here about plates, forks and spatulas not being provided to folks, Well NEWS FLASH!!!! its pizza DUH! and its cut into slices. I am pretty sure the seating in here is only for the convenience of if you wish to set and eat from your box. its not a dine in Piazza Parlor. I really don't thing Seneca has one. so get over it and stop being Millennials! The pizza is great ! The service is great!

This was our 1st time at this location. Staff was helpful and pizza was delicious.
