Papa John's Pizza

It is amazing how bad their customer service is. They'll screw up your order and then not do anything to rectify the situation. Just incompetent from top down. This is not only the worst run Paps Johns I've ever seen - it's probably the worst run business I've ever seen.

Placed an order, the app tracker wouldn't update. Waited 20 minutes after the end of my delivery estimate before calling for an order update and and all they could say was "it should be there in 10-20 minutes. When it finally arrived the food was luke warm, half cooked and half cut. It's like the store is being run by 16 year olds during dinner rush..... I'll be finding somewhere else to order from. I'm new to the area and have order Papa John's from multiple locations around the country, this one is BY FAR the worst and an embarrassment to a good company.

I ordered online. The delivery fee is $4!! And when I called to ask if that was for the driver, I was told "no, you have to tip him seperate" A tip at a restaurant is 20% for great service! The $4 charge is 33% of my $12 pizza and you expect a tip?! PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES!! I'l just order from Cyber Pizza where it's local, the fee is $2.50 and the driver get paid properly!!

Great Pizza... Easy ordering online, fast as promised, tracking system for the driver was so accurate lol Ordered 3 speciality pizza's, good amount of toppings & great taste. I have always been a Big Pizza Hut Costumer, but lately not satisfied with the pizza. Tried out Papa John's & Definitely will order again. The driver was very friendly as well. * * * * * Stars..

First time I ordered here the pizza was delicious second time whew a mess ! I waited 90 min for cold tasteless pizza . The driver was non responsive,and wasn’t even apologetic Once arrival.what a waste I was highly disappointed.

Order a medium chicken pizza and explained to the cashier/baker that i did not eat poek and that I had just watch his co worker make several pizza's without washing her hands so he did what was appropriate as a cook and made every attempt to assist but stepped away when another employee made the worsts mistake by cutting the very same pizza with the only cutter that i see in store that hasnt been cleaned, rinsed,washed eyc.Please sanitation in HIGH DEMAND, as well a POLICY FOR NON MEAT/PORK EATERS!

We've been loyal PJP customers for close to 10 years. Tonight we ordered 2 pizzas ($40+) at 10:30pm. Over an hour later, no pizzas. App says "it's being made". At 12:30am, they cancel our order. No call. No text. No more business from us for this location.

This place is worth giving a shot. They serve large portions for reasonable prices. Consistently well organized and with good vibes. I highly recommend this place.

They charge a 4.00 delivery fee, and the drivers still be looking for a tip. I dont even live far, just 1 mile to be exact.

I just had a pizza delivered. Not even edible. Once you pick it up it just falls apart. Idk what they did to it but it weighed like 5 lbs. straight in the trash it went. I don’t not recommend this location.

What a Joke you are I placed my order literally 2 hours ago and still no pizza then I look at the "tracking" and it says "order completed" really it is completed and I am sitting with no pizza and nobody to answer your phones at my local shop JOKE!!!

Very unprofessional and bad service. Had to wait 50 minutes for an carryout!
