I’ve generally had a very good experience with previous Papa Johns locations, but ever since I moved and had to order delivery from this one it has been nothing but problems. They consistently get my order wrong, or completely forget a part of it. And at one point they even gave me someone else’s entire order by mistake. I’ve had to call and follow up every single time to correct the issue, and I don’t understand if it’s lack of training on their end, or just total negligence of paying attention to detail. The past five orders of mine have been an issue whether it’s forgetting my beverage, losing my sides, or giving me the wrong order completely. I understand mistakes happen, but wow, guys. Overall disappointing.

Pizza is alright but when it takes 50 minutes to deliver a pizza around the corner there is a serious problem with your delivery drivers or something.

I do not like 1 medium peperoni pizzas + medium pizza chesse 1 chicken winds $ 42.30 is an abuse. I do not recommend it ok

Professional, courteous, clean. Good pizza. Should not wear ear buds while making pizza nor have sagging pants. Those are things that you constantly have to pull up or adjust then touch a customers food.

I got stuck behind one of their delivery drivers today. An older guy in a 1990s green Toyota Camry. he was doing 20 miles under the speed limit at one point and 20 miles over at another. He was repeatedly swerving over the lines. I thought that he was drunk and dangerous so I followed him only to see him park in front of the pizza place and get out with his delivery bag.

Highly annoyed ! I went inside for my pick up. Three employees was talking amongst themselves. The cashier whom had her back towards the entrance and two guys whom was facing me. I approached the counter and greet them “hello”. The continued to talk without acknowledging me so I figured I didn’t speak loud enough. I greeted again “hello.” Still no acknowledgement. So I said “excuse me, can you hear me?” The guys walk away and the female cashier turns to face me. She then takes out to earphones and ask “are you here for pick up?” Rude ! Can you greet me first?? She should also speak up. I had her to repeat everything she said to me.
