Horrible service, I was put on hold for about 10 min and when they finally picked up, they just immediately hanged up. Called a second time and custoner service was awful. My first time ordering Papa John's and after this .. NEVER AGAIN

Pizza was 20 min's later then they said it would be and cold, to top it off they even forgot to cut the pizza. When I called and told them about it I got that stupid uhhhhh. Then silence.
