Papa John's Pizza

Awful pizza.

Girl at the counter was more concerned with talking on the phone than checking us out when pizza was ready....waited 20 minutes in store for absolutely no reason

Order 3 pizzas for pick-up and when I went to pick them up they said I was at the wrong place. Even after I showed them it was their location that I called all they could say is I must have ordered at a different papa johns. Thank you for wasting an hour of my night in wait time and dealing with your incompetent employees. At least it motivated me to treat my guest to a better dinner despite everyone wanting to stay in.

Asked if they could put toppings on top of cheese. They said yes. Got home and this is what I got. Toppings under cheese and a few mushrooms in middle only. I'm guessing they are hiring dishonest homeless crackheads these days. Last time I'll be duped.

Ordered at 8:30AM for 11:30am delivery. DIdn't recieve my pizzas until 11:45. I'm guessing there wasn't a huge number of deliveries that ordered before me. I order food every Saturday for our crew at work. I will most likely not be ordering from Papa John's again.UPDATE: Adding a few stars because we ordered again, due to the deal they had online, and the delivery was super prompt. I was really impressed. And the guys got to eat a hot lunch! Thanks!

Clean store decent employees

I ORDERED AT 11 P.M AT THE LATEST FOR MY PREGNANT FIANCE WHO HASNT EVEN EATEN AGAIN AND ITS 1 A.M NOW!!!!! I PAID CARD AND A TIP AND STILL NO FOOD!!!! I CALL IN AND HE ANSWERES AND SAYS 'HELLO SORRY WERE CLOSED' I ASKED WHERE MY FOOD WAS AND HE ASK MY BASIC INFO.... WELL IM SORRY SIR MY FRIVER HASNT CAME BACK YET( AFTER HE JUST SAID THEY WERE CLOSED) AND THAT MY ORDER NEVER LEFT THE STORE!!!!!!! I NOW HAVE TO GET IN MY CAR AND DRIVE TO FRICKIN MCDONALDS TO PUT SOMTHING IN OUR THANK YOU SO MUCH PAPA JOHNS I FOR DMN SURE WILL NOT BE SHOPPING WITH YOU AGAIN AND ILL BE CONTACTING MY BANK TOMORROW TO HAVE THE CHAEGES REMOVED..... RESICULOUS!!!!!!!!

They literally cancelled my order for no reason and I did not find out until almost 2 hours later, when I called and asked where my order was. My mom, Enza, really wanted her chicken pizza (she's a weightlifter) and she was not able to get any because of this disaster. I will never order from Papa John's again, what a joke.

Sooo apparently the online ordering has been experiencing some issues. I got a pepperoni pizza delivered to me and I have never ordered pepperoni in my life. I called the store and Brandon was a complete sweetheart ❤️ I'm getting my corrected order now. Im ideas to rude customer service and expected a "well you made the order wrong it's not our fault" type deal.. but he was so nice and understanding and explained the webaite had been weird lately .I will definitely ordered again . Thanks Brandon for not making me feel stupid 😂😘

Great staff, great pizza

We've ordered pizza here often over the years.. They recognize our phone # knowing our address which saves time. Pizzas can be picked up at the location as well. Staff is friendly and rapid. We Love the Thin Crust pizza. There are always specials, but prices are reasonable. i wish for green olives on pizza! We tip the driver &/or the take out staff.

The people that answered the phone at Papa John’s across from Duffy’s in Port Salerno, Florida. Stay away. I would never give it one star but there was no choice
