Papa John's Pizza

I ordered my pizza online and it said that my order would arrive in 25-35 minutes. It took over and hour for my pizza to be delivered. I called the restaurant after I waited 45 mintues for my pizza to be delivered before I called the restaurant to see if there was a problem with my order. When they answered the phone they immediately put me on hold for about 10 minutes before I hung up the phone. When I called them I wasn't mad, I just wanted to know when the pizza would be delivered. This is the first time this has happened to me and I order from here quite a bit as my kids love it. Despite the bad delivery service I will probably order from here again for my kids. I'm going to end my review on a positive note by adding that my food was piping hot when it was delivered and my order was correct.

Absolutely Horrendous service, placed and order for delivery, was told 35-45 minutes, after waiting an hour we were notified that our pizzas were “delivered” and they were not. Contacted the store and was told that the delivery driver had called us and dropped the pizza off, BUT WE RECEIVED NO PIZZA. After telling the manager that we did not receive pizza he proceeded to tell us that his driver delivered it and was told by his driver it was dropped off. We were not offered to have new pizzas delivered, we were met with a very rude attitude and rude staff not wanting to make it right, they abruptly said we refunded the account and ended the conversation. SO MUCH FOR PAPA JOHNS DELIVERY INSURANCE.

Pizza was super greasy couldn't eat it greas went through the box so disgusting and a waste of money won't order from here anymore
