Woo Amazing pizza and staff best quality

Tried ordering twice from this store and both times nobody was even there or working during the open hours. Unbelievable.

The store in Clinton Township ,Michigan ,southbound Gratiot 16 mile road . the worst service ever pizza . was under cooked one pizza greasy . they argued and yelled at me on the phone, told me come get my money back and bring the pizzas . I asked for new ones made for free , they told me no . and he shorted me one dollar , said I did not give him all the slice back. I have been a regular customer for a very long time . since two years ago service has been terrible never again will I order here . They actually yelled and screamed at me on the phone, very unprofessional.I would give them zero stars but for some reason option is not available

Always great! My husband and I order from here a lot. Pizza is always perfect. Best crust around. Delivery is always very quick. Delivery drivers are always nice, the one that just left complimented me for making the directions easier for him. Nice guy. =) pepperoni is the best I've ever had. Pizza sause is so good with the sweetness of the crust.

My wife and I choose to order from this Papa Johns almost weekly. The same guy is there every time and is extremely nice. Last week was the first time we had an unsatisfactory product. The two pizzas were very doughy. We were unable to eat the pizza and called about it the next day. We brought the pizzas in and were promptly made two new perfect pizzas. This Papa Johns is our number 1 go to.

Very good pizza best quality food

Ordered online 12 hours in advance for Valentines Day. Pizza came 2 HOURS late. I ordered a pepperoni with a cookie. Received a "Freezer burnt microwave" quality lukewarm CHEESE pizza with a brownie. I am sympathetic for it being Valentines Day, but come on. Staff was less than helpful. Was told order was on its way for 1.5 hours, couldnt provide ETA though I am 3 miles from the store (i was out of town and ordered for family surprise)First time ordering from Papa John's was a true disappointment

Great service, good food, great management, and very clean location.

Good pizza. Love the garlic sauce that accompanies the pie. They offer the standard pies but some specialties that other places don't. The Buffalo chicken has a ranch sauce which is different. It's suppose to have a buffalo sauce drizzle on top but this time, I didn't get it. It really makes a difference. Other than that, the pizza is well made. Wings are good too. Service was exceptional, very friendly staff.

Out and about looking for something new to try and saw this off the bus line. Liked the menu selections. Ran into a few drivers of grub hub and door dash and made friend with a tow truck driver.

6 cheese pizza and not even a HINT of flavor :(

30 days ago this was a great pizza place, don't know who's running it now, but it's headed down fast.

I've loved papa John's my whole life but this one is the BEST

Most of the time the pizza is great.. I just wish they would put enough sauce on the pizza, so you can taste it. Instead of saying extra.
