Papa John's Pizza

I’m a regular at this location and somehow I’ve managed to miss Von. Idk where this guy came from but that was the best experience I’ve had yet at any pizza spot. Quick order, pizza was ready exactly when he said and he made sure I had everything I needed before leaving the store. If Von picks up, you’re in good hands.

Papa John’s has been my go to pizza for 20 years. This particular location has ruined it all for me and I won’t be going back. Have had three bad experiences now, this is the latest: App tells me 35 minutes. After 50 minutes app still says “making pizza”. I call, staff immediately puts me on hold. 10 min later I hang up and Re-dial. I ask for manager, still on hold 10 min later. Call again, staff is rude, never did get a manager. Another time they cancelled my order without even calling me. This store is a s**t show.

We are a business 2 miles down the road and we love to order a few pizzas on the weekends for the employees and out events. We will never be using this Papa John's again and take our business somewhere more consistent and respectful. The customer service is shoddy at best and we've given them more than enough opportunity to better themselves. This last time they were so lazy they didn't even read the name of our business (roadrunner sports in big bold letters) and canceled our order without a call or an email and when we called to find out they were rude. So try any of the other pizza joints around the area

!!! WORST ORDER AND SERVICE BY FAR !!! I received the incorrect order and when I attempted to call the store, The manager hung up on me after giving me the round around as to why it was incorrect. The driver was argumentative and extremely rude. Highly unprofessional employees who are nothing less than incompetent.

Went in to order a pizza the other day and the place reeked of weed. The dude at the register had headphones in while talking to me and his eyes were bloodshot . He was clearly high as a kite. When I asked to speak to the manager another guy came over, I don't remember his name but he is a short guy with tattoos, and his eyes where just as bloodshot . I did not even take the time to talk to him I just walked out . Terrible customer service and watch out for extra "oregano".

Late nights working means pizza. The pizza was delicious and delivered to our workplace in less than 20 minutes. Our delivery driver Maddie was the absolute nicest and best and even threw in extra peppercinis and garlic butter! Love!

I am not sure if the store their products at the wrong temperature or what but this place makes me sick everytime. I should've learned my lesson before but I will not be repeating this mistake again. Terrible service worse pizza. Diarrhea pizzarelli

Great location. Had a luncheon and needed pizzas quick, they rushed the order and got them out in 10min.

C'mon people, there's a reason that Papa John's has a 2-star rating! The only excuse to order this garbage is if you're blacked out, and you'll regret it when you wake up.

Get real "Sloppa Johns", your excuse for pizza is absolute garbage. My dog won't even eat your pizza, and she loves pizza crust. She turns her nose up at your crap pizza. (Not kidding, no bull, she really is offended by it.)Sloppa John's has ruined whatever dignity was left in chain delivery pizza joints. And yet, the lying fraud owner of Sloppa's Crap Pie has a private golf course, and protests Obamacare because in order to insure his 15,000 plus employees, he's going to have to raise the price of his crap pizzas by 15 CENTS across the board!Who's going to notice a 15 CENT increase, you greedy scumbag.

Very pleased with this location. Timely delivery friendly staff incl. drivers. I have dealt with a manager named Chris who is real professional and customer oriented. Highly recommended location. ignore the entitled whiners below. Millennials are so weak and selfish.

I ordered my pizza through the app which was convenient. The app alerted me that it was ready, so I got in my car to grab it. On the way I was called by what I think was the only female employee working reminding me to come get my pizza. The female employee at the end saying "come get it. Just saying" with a snarky attitude is where the process took a bad turn. Papa John's has a bad enough image at the moment as is. Just saying. ;)
