Ordered 8 pc wing and only got 5! Pizza was hot not the greatest.

Ordered from this store several times with great success until tonight. I called and was placed on hold for 12 mins.. then when I hung up and called back I was waited on but instead of taking my order the person tried to convince me to not order saying are you sure you really want to wait and all this. I'm 2 streets down. Ridiculous. I'm a trucker who really just wanted a hot meal. But instead got yet another thing to add to a already awful day.

Leestown Rd... If I could give a -0 rating I would. I always pay with my debit card, ALWAYS I give a tip. Either by debit or in cash. My total was $22.40.(email recipient) confirms my order amount! This particular order I gave a $2.00 cash tip. After checking my bank account 2days later. Papa Johns took $5 bringing my order to $27.40. I’M FURIOUS!! BBB will be NOTIFIED TODAY... People WATCH this location..

Pizza was ready in good time. However, I asked for a thin crust pizza. I wasn't made aware that thin crust is only offered with large and above. When I got there to pick my pizza up, only then was I told such when I'm paying. No biggie. I ate my pizza. But that's not good business. Anyhow, all else was well. 4 stars.

First I ordered a garlic and pepperoni pizza and got a garlic in ham. Then I drove it back and then the next one. They didn't even bother to cut it

Ordered pizza and wings. Food is hot and fresh and got here in 29 minutes. Delivery person was nice and I'm happy to say it was my second time ordering and their service was great both times. Will be ordering again!

Spent almost 20 mins on hold and still didn't get my order in before I had enough, wish I could give 0 stars.

No We ordered an all meat large pizza; picked it up & again barely any ingredients. Called store & spoke with a very unprofessional young lady that said she was the manager on duty & &"personally" help make the pizza. I explained there were barely any toppings; she said we made it accourding to guidelines. I ask then why on a slice I only find 1, one, crumb of bacon. Mam I am sorry but it is guidelines. Well I hung up. No ALL MEAT means MEAT. NOT SPRINKLES. THIS IS LADT TIME WE EVER EAT PAPA JOHNS.

Been on hold for twenty minutes. Worker is unimpressed with my order. I only ordered a medium cheese pizza. I think he thinks hes paying g for it. He said wow after he took my order then placed me on hold. As I write this review I continue to hold. Jan 22 2019 leestown rd Lexington ky. 22.00 minute hold.

Worst. Customer service. EVER. Tried ordering over the phone and the guy I spoke with made me repeat EVERYTHING I said MULTIPLE times. I'm a teacher and I know I enunciate VERY clearly, he just would NOT listen. I asked him if he needed a room number for our room and he said no, they would come to the front desk. We waited down in the lobby and noone ever came. No pizza. I called to check on our order and they "claimed" they had been to our hotel, but that "I never gave them a room number." HUH?!?! And that they gave the person at the front desk our name, but we had no rooms. We had SIX ROOMS in our name, AND we were sitting in the lobby watching for them. It was the most difficult and stressful experience. Do yourself a favor and go to Wendy's!

The service was really good
