Papa John's Pizza

Super polite drivers, always arrives on time of not a little early. The food is, well it’s a fast food pizza place, so for what it is I have to say it’s not bad. When they run a deal the prices are average to decent for what you get and everyone in the family gets what they want and even a hot baked dessert. Warm chocolate chip cookies keep the kids happy and I don’t have to cook or clean up!

The GM Adrian at the Papa Johns store on Union road is one of rudest most unprofessional peson I've ever spoke to. I will never spend another dollar at that store. She needs to be fired asap

Great location. Ordered six pizzas on a busy Saturday and was delivered in under 45 minutes. Great staff and delicious pizza.

The pizza’s were well balanced with ingredients. Instructions were followed on customizing my pizzas. Delivery driver was nice and had followed the no contact request but I was able to speak with him through mu screen door.

Took an hour and a half to get the pizza delivered, then they left off all the sides we ordered, prepaid of course. Delivery guy was super nice but the mgr was super rude when we called to ask why our sides were left off. Call Domino's for better service!

Always good customer service and accurate order , with fast delivery , used theses guys 50 plus times over last 3 yrs , great store !!!

Ordered a pizza @ 11:21. Est 31-41 min delivery. It's an 8 min drive. 1 hr 15 min later it arrives cold and w/o the 4 extra garlic butters we ordered. The driver said he must have put the address in wrong. He had a girl in the car with him. We got it comp'd. But still not happy. I still tipped the driver for some reason. Both the mgr "Randy" and the driver were polite and apologized. But....Dominoes next time.

I'll give it 4 stars for the previous two cheesy Alfredo garlic pizzas. This one was a little doughy. Not much cheese

I ordered the jalapeno poppers and they arrived with no cheese. When I returned them, the manager apologized and made me a fresh batch. They are very good when made properly. Thank you for the great customer service Jacob!! Also, the papadias are phenomenal!!!

I've always preferred Papa John's to the other big pizza chains, and there's a reason for that. Every time I've been to this location, my order is ready, correct, and tasty. Can't say the same for the other restaurants.

I just called the store on Union Road was giving my order and the lady which I can't really understand her I guess got mad because I was asking what was in there some of the ideas we we're ordering so she told me she would put someone else on the phone to finish my order and no one every picked. So I called back and was put back on hold and again never picked back up. Never again 😭

The pizza was very good and the service was great

The last few orders I’ve placed have been delivered and not cooked all the way. The dough is still slightly gooey and to top it off it’s not cut anywhere near even. I have big slices and tiny tiny little baby slices, literally slices that are 2 inches max. Horrible.

Okay it was the first time I've ever went to Papa John's Pizza.but when I went to pay for it they didn't accept a fifty-dollar bill tuck me an hour before I can actually get a Papa John's pizza.
