When a person orders a pizza and the shop is running a special on that order or one like it, good customer service is tell the customer about it and save him some bucks. Papa John's does not do this. Bad customer service.

I love Papa John’s and I always will, but I’m disappointed in this location. I’ve had a number of issues, everything from not having a to-go order ready when I arrived and having to wait for long periods of time to not having the order correct.That said, the pizza is still awesome!
