Papa John's Pizza

Terrible phone service! I called and put on hold for 10 minutes and then I hung up. Called back put on hold again for another 9 minutes. I just gave up and ordered online. When eating the pizza, it has onions on it. I HATE onions! I ordered specifically without them. There was also a stray olive on it. Besides being an nasty inconvenience, what if someone had food allergies and they put ingredients on that are not asked for? The worst service that I have ever received there

Don’t order from here! Ordered catering and they were an HOUR and 15 minutes late! Awful! To make matters worse, they lied to me repeatedly and said “driver on way.”

And the cheese sauce with bread sticks!!!

Reasonable prices

I ordered a pizza at 10:20 pm and it didn’t get delivered to my house until 1:15 am. I called around midnight to finally try and get my money back and got no answer so I assumed they closed and didn’t deliver my order that I had already paid for. I went to bed and got woken up to the driver ringing my doorbell at 1 in the morning.

2hr delivery more than once.

Always great pizza always fixed any problems without hesitation. Best to order online as the phones get really busy but hey then you earn rewards so well worth it

I was unable to. Manage the app, I never placed the order. I only had to wait 20 minutes. Worth the wait.

Ordered a large pizza and when I got it home only 4 of the 6 ingredients were on it. Papa John's has lost another customer. It isn't rocket science, its employees to busy talking to get a simple order correct.

They’re always on time with their deliveries, and (as of this posting) have never made a mistake with any of my orders. I love their customer service and their pizza!

I ordered a large thin crust beef with extra cheese. My husband picked it up and brought it home. There was no extra cheese or enough beef or tomato sauce for a regular one much less the extra. Very disappointed and will not return. As my husband said, “The only thing I can say about this pizza is I am not hungry anymore.” This isn’t the first bad one we have gotten. We gave them a second chance the first time and it was better. This time it was like the first one not enough ingredients for half a pizza.

Our pizza was over 1 hour late and they didn’t send all our pizza sauce we ordered and the pizza was cold and hard not very happy at all
