Papa John's Pizza

My order was taken by Darrel (spelling?). Very helpful and patient employee. I could not figure out what Papa John’s delivered to my hotel and he said it didn’t matter to him. He stated he’d take the order and deliver it. He mention the fact that I shouldn’t have to waste my time calling multiple establishments trying to get a delivery. I really appreciated that. Pizza was fresh and hot and the soda was cold. Very good experience with this Papa John’s.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ordered a pizza on a Tuesday afternoon at like 3. my online wait time was 25-35 min. i finally got my pizza 1hour and 45 min later. the pizzas were burnt and the bread sticks were dry. I called to have them replaced and I was told it was going to take an extra two and a half hours for my order to get here. I then asked for a refund. I was told that it would take over a week for my refund to return to my card. So then I was told it was going to take another two and a half hours to get me my order remade and sent to me anyway with no refund. This is absolutely unacceptable.

I don't know why the bad reviews. Great pizza. Came fast nice and hot. Thank you guys. New on going customer.

New management at this location is doing an amazing job of rebuilding the store and doing a great job of customer service and food quality! Very pleased with everything every time and will only come back to this location for future orders! Thanks especially to Amanda and Gabriel! Great attitudes!

I was hesitant to try this location bc of all the negative reviews, but really didn't feel like going out, so I gave it a shot anyway. They answered the phone and politely asked me to hold - no problem. The only thing was that I was on hold for a few minutes, but that happens, so not a big deal, and the guy politely apologized for the wait when he did get back to me. He took my order without any issues and seemed like a good fit for customer service to me. They said for delivery time to give them at least an hour, so I was prepared for that, but it ended up showing up in 20 minutes, with a very nice and professional female delivery driver. My experience was great, and I want to give them credit where credit is due. I recommend giving them a chance, I was not sorry. My order was correct, hot, tasty, and everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional.

Normally my fiancé and I have great service and on-time delivery. This time we did not. After I placed our order we were told 45 minutes for the delivery. After an hour past I called and asked where my pizza was? The manager replied he’s right around the corner he’ll be there in a minute and hung up. Promptly 35 minutes later our pizza arrived nice and cold.

May 12, 2020, and not one employee in the store wearing a mask or gloves. Unreal.

Huge mix up happened when I ordered through the app! Called the store and the manager (didn’t catch his name ☹️) freaking exceptional customer service in resolving this issue for me! You know who you are....great man and great personality! Thanks again!

seeing a lot of bad reviews ! Heard the revamp the whole store in terms of employees. My pizza came fast and the driver called me letting me know that she is on the way, proper etiquette ! My food was hot and tasty ! try the cheese sticks and brownie !

I tried to order delivery online yesterday at 5:30pm. After accepting my online order the store calls me 10 minutes later and said "we don't deliver to your address this late." 5:30 is late?? Since when? Just now I'm standing outside of my house at 6:13pm and guess who drives by? A Papa John's delivery vehicle. You just lost a customer. Thanks alot. Oh and by the way.... yesterday was my son's birthday and was upset he couldn't get pizza.
