Order a pizza take a hour for delivery that crazy No napkins.

Pizza was delivered to the wrong BUILDING. Employees in the building that received the pizza told the driver the pizza was not for them and the driver insisted they keep the pizza. Someone called from Papa Johns about an hour later and we told them the pizza was not delivered to us. They said they would get another one out "for free" (as if we hadn't already paid for the pizza in the first place). After an additional wait the same driver brought us the pizza and told us he gave the other building our pizza. When it was pointed out that the building number is a different number he said he would ask the manager for a refund, or we could call. My coworker called and the manager was completely indifferent and refused to refund even with it being due to their driver's incompetence and a language barrier stating, they got the "2nd one" free. No sir, we got the first one we paid for after waiting 2 HOURS. If a 2 hour wait for a pizza is acceptable, the staff needs replaced.

I don’t understand why when it tells you your delivery will be here in 20-30 mins but then 45 mins later your pizza arrives. Then when I go to call them to find out what is going on the guy wasn’t apologetic about it.

Once on a late night they called and told me their driver had been in an accident so I wouldn’t receive my pizza but they refunded and said a pizza would be on them another night and that the driver was fine. I called a week or so later to redeem that and they said they didn’t know had I was talking about. They’re routinely slow unless you do carry out. Papa Johns has really slid down hill over the past couple years I guess. I used to love them but there’s really no winning at this point. What ever happened to the 30 minutes or less kinda thing?

Delivery always takes an hour longer than is estimated, pizza is always cold because of it. I get if it takes longer than usual sometimes, but it’s e v e r y t i m e. At least I’m getting the correct product so an added star for that.

The management and employees at this location really did a fantastic job taking care of us for a big event we had at Altsmoke Lexington Store!! They made sure we got what we needed and fast!! Thank you so much for everything you did for us!!

I ordered a two topping pizza the girl on the phone was nice and told me it would be about 40 min. 45 minutes later I called and asked to speak to the manager to ask about how long it would be and she wasn't so nice. The manager said she is on her way and said bye then hung up. 30 min later my pizza arrived cold. I won't oreder from here again the delivery driver was a little rude too. Not very professional Papa John's

We NEED NO STARS!!!! Google!!!Horrible, staying at a hotel, order on line an they deliver to wrong hotel... how does that happen? So whn pizza gets to us, it’s COLD! An check out the parm wings... bottom of box! Wish I could post a pic, google!!
