Papa John's Pizza

So disappointed today with Papa Johns. I ordered my pizzas at NOON for a 5:30pm pickup. I showed up at 5:40pm and was told it would be another 35-45 minutes. I ordered OVER FIVE hours early and my pizza is still late? I was expecting several guests at my house before heading out to trick or treat. A simple phone call or automated email/text would have gone a LONG WAYS but apparently they’d much rather anger guests before doing what is right!

They charge for extra tinny peppers on the side and the garlic sauce.... Plus large pizza is not very large at all

Cheyenne is very nice and helpful.She for sure deserves a raise.Went in there a few days ago and got cheese sticks and a half pep 🍕 and sausage.She made a it herself was bye far best I've ever had.

I called to place an order late on a Saturday night and the manager at the time, Cheyenne, was an absolute gem. She let me know of a couple specials going on and helped me get the best deal. She then had the delivery gentleman rush to get it over to our party. This was the best pizza order/delivery experience I've ever had. Thank you Cheyenne!

What a WASTE OF A PIZZA! Ordered a medium to go 4/10/19 before 9p, but as seen in the pic there's nothing on it. The toppings alone are for a half a pizza and too much crust making it worthless to eat.. Don't go to a place looking for help, being a sign of bad management not caring for the public's interest of a "Papa John's," what use to be GOOD PIZZA.

This place is the best. Hot,fresh and actually delivered earlier that quoted. I used app for the first time today and absolutely love it. Tracking every step of the way was very nice.

We go here all the time and it’s usually great. But last night we ordered a pepperoni cream cheese pizza, picked it up, got home and there was no cream cheese. I called and was placed on hold for 5-10 minutes so I finally just hung up and called back and told them my pizza had no cream cheese. He was very rude and said “I specifically remember putting cream cheese on that pizza”. But said a rebake would be ready for pickup in 10 min. I get there 20 min later and still have to wait about 5 min for my pizza to be ready. STILL NO CREAM CHEESE AND THE PIZZA IS BURNT! when I say burnt I mean the crust and bottom of pizza are BLACK. At this point it was almost 2 hours after I placed my original order so I just gave up and went home. The pizza they gave me was a $10 pizza and I paid $19 for it! Also, my wings that I ordered were ice cold. We won’t be ordering from this location anymore!

They are efficient they know where I live.... and they have really good pizza... I wish they bring their portobello mushroom pizza back

My husband got severe food poisoning after eating the wings yesterday. Stay away from this place!!!
