Papa John's Pizza

Every time my family has ordered from this location our delivery is twice as long as the time provided at checkout. The only reasoning they offer is "the store was really busy". I have tried to give this location multiple chances for my business and each time am disappointed in how terribly slow the delivery is. They are ALWAYS LATE

They're are always good with time and serve the costumers the right way. Yes there is things they need to improve but every business has that there is no such thing as a perfect business. Personally to me they're are great ! 😀

Always an excellent menu selection. Customer service is wonderful, and the new sandwiches are delicious. I wish they would have gotten the sauce/dressing for the Italian hero though.

Quick, friendly service at the counter! The pizza was exactly as ordered and it was delicious.

The best pizza in its genre. Unfortunately their delivery service has been slow lately. Good for pickup orders. If you want delivery you need to call to be sure it won't take an hour or longer to get your pizza. Recently I canceled my order after waiting an hour and a half. Today they told me it would be an hour for delivery but I was able to pick up my pizza in 20 minutes.

One of my favorite pizza spots.

Ordered my pizza online got there and it wasn’t ready. They told me to wait 5 minutes so I do. She comes to the window and says they made the wrong one if I can pull around and they’ll bring it up to me. I’m in the parking lot waiting and she finally comes out empty handed after 25 minutes to tell me they accidentally made it wrong AGAIN! Such a waste of time and the worst place and service I’ve ever had. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! Manager didn’t even apologize

Great customer service. I can't have dairy and I was craving pizza so bad. I ordered a pizza with no cheese and a lot of toppings, of course I got all the way home and it had cheese all over it. The manager Christina went above and beyond and ended up remaking my pizza twice (the second time due to my error in ordering the wrong crust... thin crust has dairy fyi)

I've never liked Papa John's since they came to Spartanburg until i tried the thin crust. I know they put sugar in the sauce so kids will like it. I think the thin crust is good because there's less sauce. Don't waste your time with the wings, they don't put enough sauce to cover them. Also the deserts are very dry and hard.
