Papa John's Pizza

Placed an order online and followed the tracking online. It showed it was being boxed before I walked in. I know these aren’t always accurate but the man said our Pizza hadn’t even been made, there were 5 or 6 in front of it and he didn’t know when he’d get to it so I canceled and placed an order at Dominos. The man was not disrespectful to me but told me he was about to quit his job. I felt bad for him and I feel it probably just isn’t managed properly. It’s been a while since I ordered from Papa Johns and it will be a while again. I’ll stick with Dominos. It’s a lot more organized and timely.

The pizza is good but the management needs to fix the way that they train their employees. As soon as you walk through the door EVERYONE bombards you with a "hello, welcome to papa johns." When I go to a restaurant, I would like ONE person to WELCOME me. I just wish they would read our faces when we walk through the door. I want to be welcomed to a restaurant not annoyed by every individual who works there. This makes me not want to return to the store. If you want pizza here, make sure to only do delivery.

Great pizza but expensive

I prefer papa John's pizza over any of AP just shot ever they always have the best sauce and the precious ingredients their crust is a one of a kind I just wish we had 1 closer to where I live we have to drive about 25 minutes to pick up a papa John's pizza

I love the pizza here! Always caring staff and fast pickup or delivery, always polite and respectful and the food is delicious!

Nice friendly staff nice people and a good place 2 buy food

Employee come in from delivery helped a customer at the register and then started making pizza never washed hands. They also take up all parking next to building so customers have to park far away to go inside

Do not order from the app Becouse the manager will argue how it’s not there fault for a mess up. Overall worst papa johns around. They definitely have a lot more competition around. New management also isn’t very comprehensive or thoughtful of customers complaints. This place is a no go for me next time I’m craving some pizza will definitely head towards another spot 👌🏽

Unsanitary employee but the pizza is ok

It taste the same everytime. Bland. Like the dough is made 100 miles away and the toppings are out of a bag.

Have always loved the pizza and brownies. Have found a new love in the PaPadias. "WOW" was the word that exited my mouth with my 1st bite. 3 people ate 3 various types and we all loved them. We are ordered a 2nd time within a week. Delivery staff all have fantastic personalities and great manners. BTW, for many one Papadias will be 2 meals for you. They are very filling!
