Papa John's Pizza

been about two hours and i still haven’t gotten my pizza lmao. 20$+ wasted

If you are vegan, this pizza is AMAZING for vegans. No, they don't have vegan meat or cheese options, but they don't need it!! The pizza without cheese is great. Amazing! I get extra sauce. Garlic butter is vegan. Go order it now.

With Papa John's being my first pick pizza place, I was more than upset when after waiting more than 15 minutes on hold, I was met with the sound of a disconnected call. I immediately called back, and without any explanation or time to respond, a voice from the other end of the call states "we're closed" and immediately hangs up. I understand that we are going through a pandemic right now, but I feel like now, more than ever we need to be polite to one another. There was no need to be that rude. You are a customer based service, and should take the customer, or potential customer's feelings/opinions into consideration. I will never consider ordering from this place anytime soon, nor in the future. I will also encourage my close friends and family to choose another establishment from here on out.

Be careful of their drivers scam. They claim they can't make change (for my $20 bill) thus suckering a much larger tip out of me... I also had food poisoning top. This is mentioned way too many times in these reviews. I'm calling the health department and a lawyer...

This pizza is good AF. Out of all of the big chains, Papa John's is by far the best. Look at the ingredients Papa John's uses and compare it to the ingredients you see in Domino's and Pizza Hut.If you think Domino's or Pizza Hut is good, then you are getting fooled by high fructose corn syrup and MSG. Those pizzas are gross. Sad!I've never ordered delivery from this place. I always pick up because I live a short walk from the location. They are always on time and friendly.Catfish Biff's is still the best in the area in my opinion, but if you are going with big chains, Papa John's is a no brainer.

I love them, they never had my order done different than I expected...

I called three times last night to order pizza and no one ever picked up! I was on hold for a total of 24 minutes! There was still an hour before close but God forbid they have to do their jobs. I will never be using this location again because this is also not the first time this has happened.

Pizza was okay, easy access and a nearby parking lot for pick up.

Great food, timely delivery.

Not sure why I keep ordering from here. I always tip well, in cash and on my card. I keep thinking that they'll get better, maybe deliver a pizza on time for once or have less rude idiots answering the phone. If you order from here, expect to wait an hour or longer for your pizza to arrive, and don't hold your breath for an apology for the poor service.I like the pizza, but it's hardly worth dealing with the people who answer the phones and paying for a cold pizza that the delivery guy finally decided they had time to get to you.

They kinda take too long and crust was a little too darkened. Oven problem is what I was told.
