Papa John's Pizza

So convenient with the app on my phone. Ordering food to pick up on my way home is just amazing. If you have wait you'll be totally entertained by watching them make pizzas they are so professional. I couldn't stop watching them it's like a assembly line of pizza making. The food was so yummy too. The ingredients are fresh.

Untidy place and people with big nails and dirty clothes.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I made a make ahead order at 10 am to be delivered by 730 that evening. An hour later we’re speaking to the manager after staff continuously lied to us about the pizza being on the way. The manager said the pizza was done but had been sitting and they could remake it but would still take 75 minutes to be delivered. This is already an hour late of the time we had placed the order for. So we ended up canceling the order and went to donatos which had wonderful service!

There was too much sauce on it and not enough cheese but other than that it was great.

Delicious pizza made with all natural ingredients and you can taste the freshness!! Honestly a great pizza and watch out for the BOGO codes for ordering online you can get two large pizzas for as little as 17 dollars!!

Can we just cook the pizza at least jeez it's only Thursday not like it the weekend.Dough in my pizza still!?! can we please just cook the pizza? wait 5 more mins? I know the average customer would gladly wait 5 more minutes for fully cooked pizza... well back to domino's.

I don't know who's running this location, but the pizza quality was declining even before the lockdown. The toppings are skimpy. Thin crust pizza is dry & hard. We'll try another location.

Papa John's, at this location, has lost my business after tonights fiasco. I ordered a medium pepperoni and got plain cheese. Then I called to report it and was given a medium pepperoni...but it was so greasy that there was oil pooled in the pepperoni. Very nasty and unedible.

I am not happy with the service tonight. We ALWAYS order from here and tonight was horrible service! We placed an order at 6:30pm to be delivered at 8:30pm. Come 9:42pm pizza was delivered cold! I called numerous times and was told my pizza was out for delivery...I was put on hold to speak with management got hung up on everytime. I drive up there and I see workers not wearing gloves. The women employee was not wearing a hair net she was touching her hair then dealing with pizza ! Yea never again!!!! Especially when we are all trying to be safe and shes not warning gloves!!!! Not happy!!!

Pizza was not prepared or cut properly. Got a works pizza that looks like they just grabbed a handful off toppings and just dropped it in the middle of the pizza. Also ordered a pizza for my kids and it looked like Michael j Fox sliced it.

Papa Johns charges a $3.00 delivery fee and they don't even give it to the driver which is unfair to both the customers and delivery drivers.

I called the store and nobody answered, however I knew they were open. Then I went in and ordered my food and asked the lady as to why they’re not answering and she ignored me. There was no rush or anything. So then I went back to my car and had my wife call and I went back in the store and can hear the phone ringing in front of me and she didn’t pick it up. I even asked her again, “Are you not going to answer that?” I got no answer. That is so disrespectful in my eyes.

Very rude and disrespectful, never will I go to any papa Jon’s again. Luckily she didn’t get slapped in the face
