Tonight December 30th 2019 at at 6:46 p.m. I decided to order two medium two-topping pizzas with four garlic sauces from this location on Kalamazoo. I was given the price of 1802 I was told my food be delivered within 30 to 45 minutes I have not received my food and at this time it was 8:03 I called this location spoke with the young man who took my order he claimed someone messed my order up instead of delivery it was carried out. I spoke to the manager who voided my card and my fee will be $21.25 for them to make and bring my pizza as I originally wanted I am very unhappy with this review and with this location Papa John's at this time I have not experienced a day in my life until today. Come check tomorrow my account better not be charged.

We order from here quite frequently. They often have deals with 50% off so we take advantage of that! The food is always good and the delivery is speedy. When we do carry out, it is always ready and always right. Highly recommend the garlic Parmesan breadsticks!
