Papa John's Pizza

Very delicious pizza!

When passing through Albany, I stopped here for lunch. I ordered the veggie pizza. It was a huge disappointment. It was underdone, and the toppings were hardly visible there were so few of them. I threw it out. It will be a long time before I try Papa John's again.

Clean, polite, prompt. Someone needs to work on topping distribution and bubbles in the dough.

Well, usually we get good service from this place, but today, when we ordered a pizza, we never saw the delivery person, and they had called to tell me the order was here but I missed the call, because I was watching to see when they'd pull up and my ringer was off. Whenever I called them back, they told me they didn't come close to the house because they saw dogs, and all we have is a chiuaua. We then tried to place another order afterwords, and then they called to tell me the that they weren't going to deliver it because we didn't get the previous order. They said that they had knocked on the door, called (which they did and I had apologized for not answering), and were generally rude the entire time. I don't plan on ordering pizza from this place until there's new employees.

They do their best with what they have. Service was good. But, in general, I'm not a fan of Papa John's.

The pizza was good, but horrible service. It was almost an hour before we decided to call them back to check on our order. The girl that took our order said that the driver brought the pizza to our apartment, and knocked on the door which is a lie because we all was sitting down stairs waiting. So we had to order again, the girl called out our order and address to make sure its right. The only thing she had right was the order, not address. The address she called out and gave the driver was absolutely wrong, the address don't exist in this city so how did the driver "pull up and knocked on the door" to this address that don't exist. Also every time we order from here we have to give the driver directions to our home. I'm sure pizza drivers has a gps and plus, on the back of the receipt, there's directions on how to get here. The only reason why we keep putting up with this is because dominoes and pizza hut won't deliver to here.

IF YOU WANT PIZZA TODAY SHOULD OF ORDERED YESTERDAY....Ordered Pizza at 7:10 got here at 9:20 they refuse refund said they were busy and that 2 hours for a pizza is not to long. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!

Bad attitudes with me n people I know is not a good ingredient for a pizza.

Picked up 2 extra large pizzas got it home crust was burnt and when I called about it I was put on hold for 45 minutes they never did come back to the phone I love papa Johns and have been ordering it for years but their customer service has really went to the dogs

Good pizza and good prices! The Hawaiian bbq chicken was a big hit at dinner! Garlic butter and peppers are a nice bonus.

Good pizza usually ready in under 30 minutes.

I enjoyed my visit .It took a little time due to the hurricane . This is one of the very fue places opened to get food. Thank you for taking time to open up ,when you could have been taking care of your needs at home.
