Papa John's Pizza

Placed the order online ... took some time to customise the pizza, using coupons, paid online and went and picked up... it was easy to place online and pick up ... instead of calling them ...The store was so clean and everyone was busy..... At the END... the pizza was very good and enjoyed it...

Usually I don't have a issue with this location but today the driver who is my regular driver came to deliver my food and got to the door I opened she was like you live up here with the gods.......now I live on the 3rd floor so I know the struggle of the climb. But I always tip in cash because I appreciate them climbing the stairs to get me my order. Well today she decided since I didn't tip on my card that she was gonna just toss me my receipt back saying I could keep it then she goes on to sling me my pizzas. Whole time I'm laying catch my pizza so yeah I kept my 7$ and let he catch her breath

Ordered the 2 medium 1 topping pizzas for $6 each for delivery last night. The wait was reasonable with it being the weekend. When I received my order I opened one of the boxes to see that one of my pizzas looked like it was dropped. I called the store where the employee Misty kindly sent a new pizza out to me for free in exchange for the messed up one. When the new pizza arrived it was nice and hot. My family enjoyed the pizzas and I haven’t heard a single complaint!
