Told me I was hired as a delivery driver than blew me off last minute

Every time I order from there, the pizza is great. Even tonight when my Door Dasher brought me the wrong pizza, the manager Missy was so wonderful and made me a new pizza for free. They are so nice and friendly.

Had a hair in my pizza and the buffalo chicken pizza was not good at all. The wings were soggy and did not have a very good taste at all.

Always delicious & full of toppings😋😋

My pizza was burned and ugly looking but the manager made me a new one!

Ordered a sandwich and some cheese sticks, got the confirmation email at 8:40 pm stating 15 min approximately for my order to be ready i showed up at the store at 9 pm when i think my cheese sticks came out then waited another 15 mins for my sandwich. Needless to say 35 mins to make my items one luke warm the other blazing hot

Pepperoni pizza is the only pizza i can order, anything else is never cooked all the way through! Pepperoni is really good though!!

Next time I hope I get the Garlic sause I paid 60 cent for.lol just saying

This is the worse place to ever order pizza from 2 and half hour wait on delivers and not to mention the manger jay is rude . i will never order feom this location and will never suggest order feom them to anyone

Tried to get probably 40 dollars worth of pizza for pick up got denied . I could of gave it 0 stars but it won't let me go that low . Jack's pizza is the best what was I thinking anyways .

Missy the manager and Chelsie the delivery driver were fantastic to work with such a large last minute order. Needed gluten free and they delivered. All the pizza was fresh and hot. Thanks ladies!

I’ve ordered from here multiple times and they always take over an hour to deliver the pizza and every single time it’s cold. Have never had a good experience. Ordered last night at 9pm food didn’t get here until 10:45 and they closed at 10. According to the pizza tracker the guy was on his way for 45 minutes. Didn’t know it took 45 minutes to drive 5 miles.

The only reason they are getting one star is because I can't give them zero stars. Tried to order pizza by phone. Just drove in from out of town. Was put on hold 3 times and disconnected. Would not answer phone on 6 other attempts. They probably saw my out of town area code. Girl on phone on Fri. Night was pretty rude. Thanks to her I will never order from any Papa Johns anywhere.

Great place it is not a dine in restaurant but you can pick-up or have it delivered. Convenient to other shopping.

I called this place after a 12 hr drive at about 1000 at night because I saw the good reviews. I was greeted rudely, which after such a long drive did not bode well. I shrugged it off and proceeded to ask about specials. The boy that answered the phone told me about one special and when I asked if there were any others he told nee about one more and asked me for the phone number. I told him we were at la quinta inn and told him the number on the phone, to which he responded "that's not the number." I told him that's the number on the phone here and he said rudely "well that's not the number." I had enough at this point and to keep from yelling at this boy over the phone told him "we were good" and hung up the phone. When I calm down, I plan on calling back to speak with a manager. I hope this is not reflective of three staffing here or the pizza, but we will never know because of this individual
