Papa John's Pizza

I stopped to take some pizza home for dinner for my family, and as I walked in realized that there was a discontent customer with the manager, needless to say the manager whom I learned his name was Dakota was so nice and treated that customer with such respect and understanding that made me feel so satisfied, and I was not the one with the issue, very seldom have I had the opportunity to see professional customer service in action as I did today, and it made me feel very proud of the fact that there are still people who view their job and treat their job with the respect that it deserves, particularly when it involves serving customers that at times an be very difficult and rude needlessly.

Dakota and shaun has absolutely amazing customer service. I had an order missing something the other day and they made my whole order again for me to make up for it. I will absolutely be back!
