Papa John's Pizza

I am an employee in the pizza business, and I appreciate a little courtesy and thoughtfulness that any pizza chain driver delivers. It's not just about the food. It's about the experience. I have paid for mediocre food because of how great the people are before. And no, this wasn't Papa Johns. =)

I call papa John at 10:18 for a pizza I asked them if they would deliver to my truck they said yes told me it would be 30 mins I waiting almost 2 hours and nothing 11;45 guy calls me says he's coming to me no ty you can keep it I call papa John cause I paded in advance and I'm 2 .4 miles away from there store the guy said he's the manager told him I want my money back told me they don't give money back,, they were rude as hell on the phone kept putting me on hold

Loved the effort of the workers and friendliness, however the young lady wore NO GLOVES went straight from food prep to collect and handle my money and back to food prep without washing hands! NO employee wore gloves at all. I prayed over my food but I will not spend another dime at this location until I am sure that food is being prepared in a sanitary manner. Money is full of germs. After collecting mine, as I had to wait a few minutes, the hostess went directly back to handle dough without washing, wiping sanitizing or anything. I feel sorry for the person(s) who had that pizza. Sorry, but ownership and management shouldn't be so lazy as to not be there to secure the public and their enterprise. Train and teach.
