I gave one star because there is no option for zero stars. Placed an order on 10/2/19 at 7:25pm. Received email within a minute and tracker stated estimated delivery at 8:04pm. At 8:50pm the tracker updates and states my order could not be located and to call the store. I called and spoke to a male that claimed to be the manager. I inquired about my order and also asked about the excessive delay and he bluntly said they're busy. I said I did not want my order since I had placed an order from the local diner and the food was delivered before the tracker updated. I asked for the individuals name and he refused to give me his name and I asked again and he hung up on me. Obviously this person lacks the ability to work with the public let alone be a manager as he stated he is. I hope they do something correct about this.
