Papa John's Pizza

My daughter likes it. The specialty pizzas are expensive. The staff was pleasant and it seemed clean.

The pizza I got here is pretty good.

You should know what you're getting from Papa John's by now. They have been putting out a consistent product for decades. Standard American fast service pizza joint. If you're new to the Papa, you shouldn't be disappointed. The ingredients are fresh and seem to be of quality. My personal favorite here is the dipping sauce. I always order an extra garlic cup of two for the crust. Makes up for the lack of seasoning that you'd get on the crust elsewhere.

Their pizza is terrible and Papa John is a terrible person.

Horrible!!! This location makes Papa John's Pizza look bad. My food arrived LATE and COLD YUCK!!! Tried to reheat and it does not taste fresh none whatsoever. This is my 2nd and last time ordering from this location just very disappointed. I expected better and got THE WORST, again!!!

Pizza here is great.

I love pizza without the tomato sauce, even though I told them I don't like the sauce they still put it in, I have driven like 20 miles before trying to eat my pizza and boy was I disappointed.

Great food and customer service, however, when I went to keep my food warm, a box caught fire and almost burned the rest of the boxes. Thankfully we were paying attention, although the apartment smells of burnt box now. This is more towards the corporate offices, rather than this branch which is great. Put warning labels on the boxes not to warm in oven or let us warm our pizza in an oven in the provided box, like other pizza places.

The worker is very friendly and open the door.It is my first that I met very friendly worker at Papa Johns. Compared to Papa Johns at Burtonsville, the worker is much friendly and nice at Columbia. I don’t want to go to Papa Johns at Burtonsville again.

I usually don’t give out bad reviews but today was such a rush job. I’m not sure if it’s because it was was close to closing time or what. I ordered two pan pizzas and they came delivered with the cheese off the pizza as if the box had dropped or personwas speeding maybe. And not only that because we were still going to eat them. After i called i spoke to rachel and she said she will credit it or make another pizza i asked for the credit. As i went to pull the slice it wasn’t cut and under the cheese it was uncooked and doughy as if they weren’t done properly. I called back and she said they can make them over. Then as i was sitting i thought if they rushed before because they were trying to get home early I’m going to hold them up and they just may do something unethical so i just called back and just asked for a refund because i know i called several times and i just don’t want anything done to my pizza. It should’ve been cooked right the first time.
