Papa John's Pizza

Ive worked here, the Manager Brian - is very sexist, flirts with female employees, tries to steal employees from neighboring businesses, lacks in training skills, and lack of empathy for those with health concerns. I was homeless at the time being and was grateful for my job but soon developed seizures and other health issues to which others were trying to help, and he didnt call 911, or care, I soon left do to this fact, along with other employees.he spends most of his time smoking in his car, or on his phone/computer. I do not suggest working here or going here for good customer support or a friendly face.. i also while working here found Roaches, and other bugs, to which i cleaned up - that he replied with "its probably from the Chinese restaurant next door, they always have something because they are foreign"

I went there to get a hawaian pizza and there is this girl with bad attitude she look at me really mean😠 and say sooo wat u want .. And look at me really madSuppost she have treat customers well 😡

U always get great service hot food and great pricing.I support the people not the CEO if it wasn't for them I wouldn't step foot in the place .I hope 15 an he for them becomes the usual not the exception.

Very rude and disrespectful

I ordered my pizza to be at a specific location at 12. However the pizza didn't get here till 1232. I received no call in regards to the delivery being late. Also when the person delivering my pizza did arrive she seemed confused as she looked at her receipt for a tip. The pizza was not fresh and the cheese was sliding as though the pizza dropped. I was very disappointed. I waited on hold from 1207 pm to the arrival of the pizza. I would NEVER order from this place again.

Always highly satisfied with this Papa John’s. The food is always fresh and made good. Anytime i do pick up, my food is ready and when i get delivery it’s fast! 10/10 keep up the great work!

Terrible delivery experience. After waiting outside my apartment for 20 minutes, I called to check on the status of the delivery. The person was extremely rude. Will not order from this location again.

Impressive customer service, very clean and nice looking facility. Staff was fast, efficient, and friendly. Actually gave me extra garlic dipping sauce and peppers for free and told me that it was courtesy of them. I greatly appreciated that gesture. My order was ready exactly when they said it would be! Pizza was excellent, great prices. Best Papa Johns’s location in the city of COLUMBUS!! I will come to this location again. Highly recommended

Fast and friendly service!

On Valentine's Day, they accommodated my special request to arrange the pepperonis on the pizza in a heart and stuck a love note on the inside of the box and delivered it to my boyfriend while he was home in between classes! The service and extra touch was exceptional! Not to mention how fantastic their pizza is

Gave me wrong order then didnt want to give me a cerdit or refund or remake food. Was upset because the mess up wasnt even my fault .

They always carry it up to our 5th floor apt.
