Papa John's Pizza

They take forever to deliver your order, longer than what the estimate delivery times shows you once you order online. Don't place online orders for delivery.

This location staff is totally useless. I order a small pizza for pickup.. he said 15 bucks. I thought it was odd because is alot for a small pie.. I showed up to pick it,, the staff said they mistakenly send it out to delivery.. I ask where and he mentioned an old address they had on record..

Manager is very rude. She treats customers like they owe her something. Additionally, the location is dirty and I’ve seen employees making pizzas and answering phones without washing hands between each action.

First time I ordered pizza came cold, I called got a credit for my order 2nd time I order my pizza came with a dead fly cooked on to the pizza distgusting.. I called and complained and they gave me credit for that pie.. YOU DONT RESLOVE EVERYTHING BY GIVING CREDITS..

There was a glich in the system as I was ordering my order and they corrected quickly excellent service......I Rock with y'all....

Just so everybody know, if you are using papa dough to pay for your order, and are using a coupon (25%, 50%) papa john’s will deduct your papa dough from the regular price total and then apply the coupon. I personally think is bad practice, but a way to go around that may be placing to separate orders. I was given a number to call for customer svc and the recording directed me to the website where I had to go on a chat room and spend almost half hour on something that could have taken 3 minutes talking to a person on the phone

Ordered online and food was not good at all. Ordered two Papadias and had to toss them both after a few bites. The Italian one had more banana peppers than meat, four thin slices of pepperoni and a few crumbs of sausage. The Philly Steak hardly had any beef and onions. The jalapeno poppers were at room temp and the cheese was hard and chewy. BBQ wings just had a nasty glob of sauce on them. Lastly the large thin pizza was burnt and dry. During these times I'll be considering my payment as a donation to a local restaurant. Never will I ever order from this establishment again.

I ordered take out large pizza with breadsticks a couple weeks ago. The breadsticks was so good and the pizza. But my daughter's stomach didnt agree with the buttery garlic sauce. But it was so good though. And we didn't have to wait long

Beware!!!! I ordered n pay w my credit card...they deliver pizza and he comes back and says it was suppose to b cash ..w his mgr on phone...She ask for card again I ask her who took my order she never said!!!Now I'm wondering was that the mgr in phone?????? Did I getscammed???

ORDER #72339681. Placed order online at 3.10pm today 11/16 for 1 Pizza...called about 4.10pm to check on ETA. The CSR said my address was not a valid one (false, been here since 2010) and that the driver tried to call me (false) to get help. Papa John's needs to better train their phone CSRs. Absolutely ZERO problem solving skills from whomever answered my phone call and by the way no apologies whatsoever.

Horrible pizza, order a large pizza with meatballs and pepperoni. You couldn't hardly fine the pepperoni or the meats balls, I think you are better buying a frozen pizza from a supermarket also the crust was under cooked.

This was my second time ordering from this location. My first experience was a pick up and I noticed a gentleman upfront very courteous and cheerful. My pizza was made very well. My second time was delivery and again great experience I feel their pizza is made beefy meaning a lot of product, nice presentation and delicious. The wings were in my opinion really good with lots of sauce. The lady that took my order over the phone very polite: I keep have great experiences so I had to leave this feedback . 3/26/20

Food was good for a quick dinner while on vacation. Got cheese pizza and garlic cheese bread.

Worst customer service ever. they lied about my wait time i got a pizza with chicken wings ice cold

Waited an hour and a half for pizza. No update in the app and the person who answered the phone put me on an indefinite hold. Finally get ahold of someone. They tell me my food is in the warmer for 45 minutes and it is what it is. I said No thanks and asked for a refund.
