Papa John's Pizza

Ok so the pizza was ok not the best the guy that took my order was nice and the delivery man was nice but I ordered a large pizza and cheese sticks and it cost $22 that's freaking ridiculous!!!! I should have called domino's they have a large for $10

Alex the manager has the best customer service you could have in this industry or any really. The guy should own his own papa John's always a good experience. Great food away a great price

BEWARE!! Ordered for carry out. I asked what deals they had. Told me 2 large pizzas for $24. And that was all they had. I went there to find out there was $6 large pizzas on special, which they failed to inform me of. Then I found out my order was never actually ordered in the first place and I ended up having to wait 25 more minutes after I just drove from Middleton.They wouldn't even discount my order or anything for their own mistakes. Which there was more, but I'm not going to get into it. They know what they did wrong. Garbage service, and the place was dirty and gross on the inside. AND I've been to many dumps.Clean up around there! It smells like an ash tray in your business.I would NEVER recommend Papa John's to anyone after this.This is not a place you bring your family to, this reminds me of a trash pit and you should stay away from here.

Staff is great and friendly service. My first time ordering from here. Just not satisfied with the taste or the wings.

I ordered pizza, the delivery woman sat in the parking lot (claiming she called me over 5 times), and never came into the building. There was also someone who motioned her to the right building, even then after that, she never left her car. I called about an hour later and asked to have new pizzas delivered, since it had been over an hour. I was transferred to the manager, who was very rude when she answered the call. She claimed that the delivery woman called us multiple times, then left. I asked for two new pizzas to be delivered, yet she was very hesitant in doing that. The wait time was also 45 minutes for it to be delivered again. The manager was very rude the whole time and hung up very promptly, without apologizing or offering some sort of compensation for the mix up. I have never had to deal with such bad customer service. I do not recommend ordering from them or providing them with any business.

The pizza was horrible. Both husband and son took one bite and tossed it. Pizza making station was trashed...said they were busy.

My pizza had big hole when baking had bubbles and popped ...instead of them making me a new one they gave that one ..got it home and i was not happy..

I phoned in an order today and was put on hold for a considerable time. The staff was very apologetic, explaining that it was due to a miscommunication on their part. To make up for the wait, they discounted my whole order. Great customer service, and the pizza was great too.

They were super busy but super courteous even though they were running like chickens with their heads cut off!!

I have always preferred Papa John's, to other national chains. They have a better crust, the garlic sauce is so good, and I appreciate the pepperoncini.

Pizza comes out great and makes wanting for more
