This has to be the worst experience ordering a pizza in my life. I cannot believe the way that the Manager Brendan spoke to me. I was simply trying to order a pizza for delivery and was placed on hold without being told by the woman on the phone. Then Brendan came on the line to accuse me of being rude. One and only time ordering from here!

It is absolutely unacceptable that your drive-through window is still broken. And the fact that you have a single sheet of paper stating that it is broken is so low class! You are a business that serves people and wants to be convenient, however your drive-through window doesn’t work! I do not mind at all getting out of my car and stretching my legs to get my pizza. However, it is an expectation that your business has a working drive-through. Also, your landscaping is horrible. I am also a business owner, and all I am picking up on is that you do not care about your customers in the slightest! Spend some money back on your business showing your customers that you appreciate them and their purchases. I will be going to the lone tree Papa John’s and gladly give them my money since you do not appreciate your customers! I honestly hope that somebody reads this review, and makes a change! Your customers deserve it.

Wow just got my pizza and it looks like crap if I could post a picture of the pizza I would ,plus dude was wanting a tip like as soon as I singed the receipt he went straight to looking if I gave a tip, lol but this is by far the world's worst pizza.
