Bad customer service & and take forever for online order like doordash, Grubhub & caviar. Please guys order from another place

Order arrived 30 minutes past the "tracker" estimate. Our location is less than 10 minutes away. The pizza arrived cold and two orders of peppers were missing. We contacted the driver and he said it was in the box. He clearly did not read the item list, he would've read that the total number of items was 4 not 2. He returned 30 minutes later with our peppers....in a plastic shopping bag, knotted. Dafuq? A plastic shopping bag? Really? C'mon man, was it even new? Was it even clean? Who knows, cause we sure as hell didn't. Anyway, don't order from here unless you want cold food and your sides in a plastic shopping bag. See photos for reference and bewilderment.

Pizza wasn’t cooked. It was gross. And I ordered the new Parmesan garlic crust...it had no taste whatsoever. $20 for pizza that I threw in the trash. I called to tell them and they would only give me a credit for another pizza. I wanted my money back. I’ll never use the credit. The pizza turned me off.
