Papa John's Pizza

They will keep you on hold for 14 to 15 minutes and never seem to remember the question..which is- do you delivery at a certain address..

The manager couldn't explain why I was being charged $2 more than the listed price. The manager was polite and offered a refund but no explanation of $2 difference is absolutely unacdeptable. I cancelled the order. The prices are too high and I didn't need to be eating pizza anyway.

Pizza was hot and cheesy with plenty pepperoni like I like it. But I also stayed in the store while it was made and checked it out before I purchased it.

This papa John's is some trash. We placed our order at 8:48pm. By 10:30pm we still didn't have our food and I canceled it. Don't order from this papa John's there unprofessional.

friendly staff and good pizza

Called for pick-up. The person who answered the phone was friendly and informed me of the specials. I also ordered wings and I was impressed when asked if I wanted them cooked well-done.😄

1hr wait for 1 pizza it was good though

Terrible service, food takes forever and the cashier is just rude and unprofessional! I do not recommend!

Papa John's Pizza is niceand it is the check cashing place directly next door there is a convenience store right there just as well as the bank there is a gas station directly across the street Fairfax village condominium apartments is right down the hill from it the w4 bus stop is right there as well and it would take you to Congress heights station Justice Willis anacostia station and there's a gas station directly across the street from Papa John's if you need to fill up your vehicle

I wish I can screenshot my order online but Christine or Kristine the hourly rep had unbelievable horrible customer service I understand why she work for papa johns now but the overall fact that the QSR is important to this company and it was horrible. Got my pizza a hour 20 mins later also the box was cold and pizza like it was bent or toss around. The fact that I express my concern the manager he date me to go to corporate in which I am at this property store

The pizza was good. The garlic parmesan wings were burn slightly.

Basically answered the phone then immediately put me on hold without any warning or explanation, I thought they hung up but realized it was hold when I heard the music. Super rude.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION , Actual rating 0.00 star’s , This location Failed to deliever FOOD & Arrived almost 4 HOURS after order was placed online & the 2nd time over phone , when driver came with food , pizza was cold and did not look tasteful, Driver was very rude and had an Half eaten box of pizza already open in the back seat . Very nasty and unsanitary. Calling to the store branch to Get answers in the process was very unsatisfying and unsuccessful , IF YOU WANT good customer service , ON - TIME , Good Pizza , and your money’s - worth . By any means Do not order From here . Do not waste your time . This branch is despicable . Thank me later !

Even though I ordered from the wrong store, the cashier was really sweet and bubbly. Those wings with the Capital Mambo Sauce😋😋😋
