Papa John's Pizza

I’d rather eat cardboard with pasta sauce on it with basic american sliced manufactured cheese on it.At least it would be an improvement from here.

Ok if you just want something to eat but not the best food around... I mean its fast food what do you expect

Horrible customer service!! Pizza was filled with oil. I was supposed to get my money back and still nothing!! Mark the manager told me I was supposed to get my money back the same day or next day. It’s been 3 days and still nothing. 3rd day now and Omar the owner told me to call my bank and say I didn’t recognize the charges. Please save your money and go somewhere else !!!!

TERRIBLE!We love papa johns and usually order from one in providence (it was our first papa johns so we stuck there even when we moved to Pawtucket) but we decided to try this one. It was terrible. The pizza was so so dry and bland. It was extremely chewy, not enough sauce, just all around TERRIBLE. The crust actually SCRATCHED my gums because it was so fricken dry. Like seriously? Look at how utterly dry and burnt the crusts are? I couldn't even eat them. I ended up giving away the rest of the pizza to some of the neighbors kids because jesus it was so bad. Never returning back and seriously disappointed.

A couple years back, I went in to pick up an order. They made me wait an hour in the store. I complained, and one of the employees threatened me and started to remove his shirt to fight me.More recently, I ordered the same exact pizza I order every time. This time it came with onions, which I never order. I called to get this fixed and the girl on the phone told me "good luck" and hung up. When I called back to speak to a manager, I could hear them talking about me because they didn't cover the microphone on the phone very well. She tried to get another employee to pretend to be the manager to cover her tracks. I called them out on it when he returned to the phone and he came clean and said the manager was not in the store and would return later in the evening. This is the worst location I've ever used. Absolute trash.

I order here a lot. The pizza is usually made well. I'd advise to not get extra large though because it's really not much bigger than the large.

Ordered from here online i accidentally ordered canadian bacon instead of bacon. I understand that I messed up but the way the employees of this place handled it was unacceptable. Explained the whole situation and they offered to deliver another one and just pay delivery fee so I agreed. Ended up providing my current number because i didnt realize i didnt update my number on the site, they said it was wrong and the call disconnected, i called multiple times just to be disconnected over and over again. I called for the final time and someone else answered just to get laughed at and hung up on once again. Im never ordering from this specific store again just from by the way the employees handled this whole situation.

I work in retail, so I know that online reviews are often the weapon of the stupid or entitled. So when i decide to write a bad review for this Pizzeria, please understand I would not do this unless it was well deserved. I ordered 2 pizza and was told the wait would be 35 minutes. An hour later I still had no pizza so I called and was told they had sent my food to another state, despite my specific warning that the same address existed across the border. The pizza arrived another half an hour later, cold. When i called again to complain they told me that to get a hot pizza i would have to return the two cold pizzas. So another 20 minutes later I now have hot pizza. This is basically fast food pizza and there seems to be no one there able to even remotely handle that responsibility. Buy from someone else guys. As a side note, I in no way blame the delivery driver. Because when someone gets their ass handed to them it should be his boss and not him.

The most Rude & disrespectful employees I have ever experienced. This is not acceptable. Papa Johns will never get a dollar from me! 😠
