Placed a online order. Said would be done in 30 mins. Waiting 45. Than they messes my order up. Gave me no sauce when I go back in straight attitude towards me. I told them how they messes my order up and really didnt offer to fix it or anything!!! Gave me my sauce and that's it! The whole team looked like they all didnt like each other back there arguing about deliveries because the orders were being made wrong.. will never go back. Check your food because they wont fix it.

Had 3 pizzas delivered a few weeks ago and 2 of them were wrong. I called and was told that I would be given a credit for 1 free pizza next time I ordered. So, I called today to order a carry out and that credit was not placed under my phone number. I asked to speak with the manager and as I was explaining the situation, he interrupted me, told me he was sorry there was nothing they could do and totally hung on me. Just like that. Sad.

Most times you get the type of pizza you would expect from a franchise location. Lately, the customer service has not been the best. Phone doesn't get answered, tried to overcharge for a take out order and someone else got my pizza, so it had to be remade. But my pizzas have always tasted good.

By far the worst customer service I have ever received. Placed an order for carry out. Was told I did not need to sign my receipt even tho I paid with my credit card. Once I pushed to sign the merchant copy it was tossed at me and and the employee walked away. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager on duty, Robin, went to make up excuses for the employee bad behavior and raised her voice. Once I asked who was above her she refused to give me any information and told me I didn't need that information. I ended up calling two other store close by who was more than happy to assist with getting me the information So I can report this manager poor conduct. I would not recommend anyone to go to this location with a manager that has such a poor attitude!

35 minute wait time. My order wasn't started until after I was asked about it. Nothing but a weak apology as it was handed to me.Papadia wasn't able to answer all the hype from their commercial.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS STORE 0 STARS I WOULD!!!! Absolute WORST customer service I have experienced ANYWERE. Everyone including the manager is so disgustingly rude refusing to give names corporate nunbers and hanging up in our faces!!

I got my food in a orderly quick fashion. The customer service was great!! They have lots of online discounts and when you order online you can earn points for FREE pizza! 10/10 would recommend!
