Guy on phone tried to hustle an extra few bucks out of me, (8/21/18, 11pm) by naming his own price for a pizza deal that i had previously been getting at least 2-3 times a week prior. Tonight I locked my keys in my vehicle.. the employees were awesome enough to drive me to my home for an extra key.. Great Food, Great Service

I have to put a star on here to write this or i would not put one. I have ordered from papa john's for a long time and have never had a problem paying for my delivery with 100 dollar bills but i was pretty much told that they nolonger accept 100s when you try to pay for it at the door when they knock. I have 3 kids hollering there hungry and WANT pizza from papa johns. Never in my life have a been denied food for haveing to much money. I bet other pizza place's accept these hard earned dollar's. Policy or not. Never turn down customer's especially if they have more than enough money to feed there family!!

Always get great deals via email! Robust sauce is great along with the garlic dipping sauce for your crust. Only place I'll buy hot pizza from!!

Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice... Order Domino's!!! The pizza from Domino's is always fresher and better made than anything I've ever received from this location. I'm done with them, tired of receiving incredibly late, horribly mangled cold pizzas. Take it from me, skip out on the Saron Dr Papa John's, probably skip all of them. Had a bad experience literally every time I've ordered here.

We always order from here and if we ever have a problem that offer to fix it right away or give us a credit.

Ordered a extra large pizza and cheese sticks, the pizza was incredibly doughy. This has happened to us 3 times at this papa johns and we usually just get a free pizza. This time we asked for the money back because we aren’t going to go there anymore. Spoke to a guy who seemed friendly, then I guess we spoke to the manager?? He answered and we told him what happened, and when getting off the phone he said “alright it’s voided” and hung up. Great customer service papa johns!!

Said pizza would take just over 30 minutes to deliver, then showed up an hour an thirty minutes after. Total was $14.98, I was only going to ask for a dollar back, out of 20, but the pothead driver said he only had a 5, Really! Was burnt to a crisp, without any sauce, and looked days old. Will never order from here again!!

Pizza is too high, for what you get There is way better pizza in town for the money

I just wish the outer ring of crust were larger.

Third time in a row where my pizza has looked like it was left in the cold... Barely warm, if at all.. Cold pizza with minimal amount of cheese where you can see dough from pizza through where the cheese topping should be. Very frustratingly disappointing!

Every time I order from this location my order takes about an hour to get to my apartment which is only two miles away. The pizza is usually cold. If talked to the manager a couple of times and received a refund for the inconvenience and poor quality. All I would like is to have accurate delivery times and to have a hot pizza. Terrible service. The last location I lived at was on top of their pizza game but this store is awful!

Called to place an order. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes listening to a recording someone picked up and hung up the phone. Called back, got the recording again and then promptly hung up again. Tried a 3rd time and then was told that wait time for delivery was an hour and 45 minutes. Ridiculous! 7pm on a Sunday. I will stick with dominos.

Do not order from this papa johns. Horrible service, horrible quality. They resent me my order twice and still didnt get it right. The pizza was doughy, thrown all over the inside of the box and barely even had any toppings. Disgusting.
