Food was great. Delivery person and telephone customer service also great. It's unfortunate that management chose to pass out 50% off coupons to the mall stores and then chose not honor them.

Messed up order. Was late right before close on a delivery I tried calling only for them to pick up and hang up, and subsequently not answer any further calls.

Danielle did an amazing job taking our order during rush hour and she was super fast and accurate! Food came out hot and fresh and everyone in the store was in a great mood! Kudos to this stores management and to Danielle behind the desk along with the chefs for a great dining experience! Made our Friday night!

I ordered two pizza’s for me and my family, I put all the information I needed including my phone number and address on the order and then I ordered. The app said it was made after about half an hour. After that we waited for an hour and our pizza’s didn’t show up! We called in and the person who picked up the phone said the order was never placed so we hung up and called again, and someone else answered the phone and said there wasn’t an apartment number. Even though I put one on there, and even if somehow it wasn’t on there they could have just called me. We told them the apartment number and they were there within the hour. By the time it got here it was cold and soggy, awful customer service. WONT BE EATING THERE AGAIN

pizza was horribile .... manager looked mad... bottom of pizza was black lol i hope you like sauce and bread because that will be your toppings

Consistently accurate and professional service

Every time I order from this location I have problems. I understand people make “simple mistakes” as was their excuse when I called, but my question is why do you not take your customers and their business serious? Do you not realize there are other pizza places to order from? I would encourage anyone interested in ordering pizza to choose another option as this restaurant does not value you.

Called in my delivery order at 6:20pm est. Called the store 45 min later mutiple times no answer. Then mgr Brandon said if you don't shut up I will hang up on you and you will not get your food. I got my food 1 hr 10 min it was cold Never ever ever use this location

I ordered online and paid online. However even with virus concerns they still hand me a receipt on a clipboard and a pen and ask me to sign.

Originally our order was wrong but they fixed it like it was nobody's business. The employees brought out their game and the boss tonight was cool as all get out. Thanks man. Much love. P.s. they should get a raise. 😘

Pizza was ready in a timely manner and everything tasted great. Also love the pizza tracker app. Very easy to know how much time I have till it's time to dig in!

Trying to stay away from a lot of carbs So when I order their pizza I order there thin crust I love it

So I called and ordered pizza got my delivery time and the price. An hour later I call back and they tell me they don't deliver to my house even though we just got a pizza yesterday. It's so hard to get good customer service now a days!

Awesome crew. Top notch easily the best in Fort Wayne.
