Great food and great atmosphere

Miami Spice is such a great way to experience some of the area's greatest restaurants. Pao is new on the scene and this was my first visit there. The service was fantastic the wine list was fabulous and the food is truly one of the best in town.

Excellent food. Service was courteous and attentive. We were part of a large party and beverage service was a bit slow. Overall I highly recommend it

Miami Spice 2019: Overall, everyone enjoyed all their dishes and the service was exceptionally well once we were seated. Prior to that, it took us an hour to be seated even though we had a reservation. It was already a late reservation to begin with so our party was not happy. They offered us a bottle of wine to compensate for the time but 1 wine for a party of 8 falls too short. They were able to provide us with 2 bottles so that helped a bit. Aside from this, the food and presentation was great with only a couple of dishes not living up to the hype (the rice for example). Would give them another shot in the future.

The food is interesting and rather unique. Service is very good. I think the big draw is the decor and the $6 million Damien Hirst unicorn. The Kobe beef was really smoked beef brisket, so I can't say that I was too impressed. The fried chicken was probably the best thing. While it was a nice meal, I'll probably skip this next time.

First the restaurant it self is beautiful. A big room centered around a statue. The room while look beautiful is not the best for loud noises, the bar in the corner can at times be noisy and distracting from the food experience. The food while tasteful and very well presented, is tougher than what you normally get in Michelin restaurants. The fried chicken was really spicy and could well have been followed up with an taste cleaning bite before the next dish. Some of the dishes such as the wagyu suffers with the rougher tastes as the meat is drowned. The main ingredient is not allowed to shine through as one often expects at Michelin restaurants. This does not mean that the food is bad, every dish was tasteful, interesting and well presented. The waiter did explain them in great details, in a way that allowed us to follow and understand him properly. A great restaurant visit if one is in Miami Beach.

A truly transformative dining experience. The food that's crafted here is miles ahead of anything anyone else is doing in Miami. This has become my favorite restaurant. I've tried almost everything on the menu and have to stop myself from coming every weekend. Oh and also, it's one of the most reasonably priced fine dining restaurants in Miami Beach. Honestly this place is incredible I can go on and on. Do yourself a favor and book a reservation now.

Beautiful marble bar with an amazing decoration with great view...food delicious with a excellent presentation for chef Paul inspired in the Asian cuisine ,staff very friendly and professional, nice for a big groups too

Great restaurant, new taste bud exploring? This is the place to go. Don't let the writing fool you. The sauces make the food. So expect to have your taste buds blown away.

Not sure if I really want to tell people about this place as it's so good I'd rather keep it to myself. A family run restaurant where you are always assured of a warm welcome. An unusual find in central Miami and makes a pleasant change from the usual run-of-the-mill chains.

I went this past Saturday and had both some items from the Miami Spice menu as well regular items. I was an evening to remember, service was outstanding by our server, food was perfectly done. For the Miami Spice, this are small portions but full of flavor! we did a meat substitution that we wished it had three pieces instead of two, but the taste was incredible. Great job guys! will definitely be back!

They deserve every star. From the service to the drinks down to the food it was a great experience. Everything was amazing. We did the tasting menu and were happy we did, we got to try a little of everything. The menu is small but the food is big on taste. Short rib was the highlight of the night.
