Wine tasting in the Wine Cellar space. April was a great event manager and attendees enjoyed the food and wine.

Made a reservation there and went in on time but still had to wait for the table for about half an hour. The did offer a complimentary champagne to try to make it up for us ,the food was mediocre at most, definitely not worth the wait if there’s a line.

The tastiest Italian food in town can be found at this fantastic restaurant. The staff was fantastic, and everything was prepared to a very high standard. The members of our crew all give this establishment glowing reviews.

As I was staying in Penn's View Hotel, I thought I'd check out the restaurant in the building. The wine list is impressive and interesting how they are rigged up for easy pouring. They ran out of my favourite dish so settled for rigatoni with wild boar ragout. It was like I would make at home so it didn't disappoint.

Excellent food and the wine choices , by the glass, are beyond❣️❣️. Salmon , NY strip steak, appetizers were all prepared perfectly and everyone was very pleased with their meals🤩

Fantastico! Antipasto, gnocchi and veal skirt steak were wonderful! Extensive wine selection. The service was extremely professional. I highly recommend this restaurant

I had the most exquisite dinner at Panorama over the past weekend. We had a waitress named Francessca, she was the most pleasant and attentive server. She went above and beyond to make our dinning experience special. She recommended food when we couldn’t make a decision and even helped us pair great wine to compliment the food choice. From the exceptional service to the delicious food, I was wow’ed by this restaurant. My friends and I were gathering for a special occasion & each one of us agreed that the ambiance of Panorama and it’s excellent staff made for a great experience. Will definitely recommend to friends and will most certainly be returning!

Went here for a business dinner. The staff was friendly and attentive, the food was delicious (I would die to eat the ravioli again), the spritzer was refreshing, and the atmosphere was chic. I’d go back again.

Ok, so it's Restaurant Week. We expect the crowd. We made a reservation, tried to make it for 7pm, whoever answered suggested 7:30 pm so we took it. We arrive a few minutes before, and the table is not ready for another 30 minutes. We get the table, ready to order, because we had time to make definitive decisions. 1st course comes out- plated beautifully, tasted delicious. Wine flights arrive. All is well. Until we wait another 40-45 minutes for our main course. At this point, everyone is in the kitchen trying to help out, and we know because we were seated right beside the kitchen. The waitress walks by several times, never stopping to check on us or give an update or anything. Finally the food arrives. It's good. Again, plated beautifully. Then dessert and complimentary lemon cello for our inconvenience. Good food, but I would not go during Restaurant Week.

Excellent service, however, the elk shank dish was not available, and not sure why the name is "panorama" after we arrived at the location. I selected the Grilled Branzino dish. A dramatic and understood way to present the dish is a whole grilled Branzino. This seems to be the preferred if not the standard method. I was a bit surprised when my "grilled" Branzino was already ( put in a positive way ) filleted and de-boned. In addition, our Grilled Octopus was nicely done, but just a single 3.5 inch octopus tentacle? Our experience with this dish at other establishments included a bit more, or if whole baby octopus, 3 to 4 quantity. Over all this restaurant gives a vib of non-squareness...

I use to come here all the time. I loved it. But the last two times I have gone here I feel like the food level has gone down dramatically. I would have to say our last visit this weekend sealed the deal for us not returning. So sad!

First time here and I really enjoyed it. Its a small place inside a hotel with a calming environment, not loud and bustling. The staff was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. Food was delicious! Perfect spot for a date. Huge selection of wine.

We went here for our New Year’s Eve dinner and had their special 3 course menu. I’m sincerely hoping they just had a bad night, because this was the worst meal/service I’ve experienced in years. Our waiter couldn’t care less about our table and was rude the entire night. The guys running food were 100% nicer than he was. The food itself was prepared very poorly. Best part of the meal was the ceaser salad and the selection of wine available. My steak was charred to a crisp, and my girlfriend’s “duck ragu” sauce on her pasta tasted like it was from the dollar store. Waited about an hour for our dessert to come or our waiter to update us on dinner and neither happened. The next time he came to our table we asked for the check and he walked away without saying a word. He brought it back eventually and sat it on the table and said “thanks!” As he walked away. A truly terrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant if you’re going to Philly.
