Panera Bread

This location for whatever reason has poor service and they give you plastic cutlery instead of metal. The kitchen is sloppy with their food preparation and presentation. I am normally accustomed to a higher quality product from Panera. The menu here is also missing several popular items that I normally order. If they have removed them, update the menu board over the counter. You can do better.

Rude staff! If you don't like to deal with the public then please get another job! Hire people with better customer service skills not the ones you would find working at a Mcdonalds drive thru

Great service with a clean dining room. Food was prepared fast and the staff was very friendly! Bbq chicken mac&cheese was something new I tried & I loved it

Food is either prepared well, or not well at all. Received a sandwich that was literally "thrown" together". Or it least it looked like it was. Drive through is slow. Waited 15 mins for one small Mac and cheese.

So over priced, I can go sit down and be waited on and get much better food for the same price in many other places. I will say that all of the staff that I encountered were really nice though.

Their Fuji Apple salad with chicken and Turkey Chili are excellent. The service is fast and friendly and every Panera I have visited has been clean. The only negative is during their busiest times, the tea runs out and it takes too long to brew. It would be helpful if there was a more efficient way of replenishing the tea dispensers. That will not stop me from going because of the chili !!!

Fantastic service and great quality food. Our soup was as good as always and everything well prepared! Highly recommended the green tea and if you're looking for something sweet a Pecan Braid will hit the spot! Great location! Good job Forest Dr team!

Horrible service, coffee was cold, wrong order given, very slow service, 5 people at the back and no one had a clue of what was happening.

Ordered a Carmel Latte that was cold, grill cheese had what looked like a finger was pressed in the middle of it. Overall customer service was below average, within in one order I dealt with 3 different people that acted like they didn’t want to be there....I usually like going to Panera but I will no longer return to that specific location.

Clean facility. Polite staff. Service was good. Salad was excellent but had a bit too much dressing, however it was still yummy. Outdoor eating available. Clean restrooms.

Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches a while back. Both ordered exactly the same except one with no bacon. A picture is worth 1000 works bc one is a sandwich and the other is scraps of a wanna be sandwich. There might be 1/2 egg on it.... considering how much Panera charges I expected better consistency. I also had to wait 10 mins in the drive thru for this!

My favorite eating place from main menu to pastries to drinks. A quaint place to eat and relax.

When I arrived I was greeted by a smiling and happy lady behind the counter. It is early so the line was quite short and I ordered quickly. My food was ready fast and I headed to the very clean dining area. I ordered a shuffle and it is good and fresh. I recommend stopping at this Panera.

Very helpful customer service. Food is great too. Try the different varieties...you'd be surprised. The food is fresh.
