My first time visiting a Panera was at this location, and it was not a great introduction. The menu looks good, but it's arguably overpriced. Because of this, I was drawn to the My Pick 2 Menu, like I'm sure a lot of people do. The lady at the register had trouble explaining the deal to me, and left me confused. When I got my order, it wasn't as expected. I went to go clear it up, but I was informed that what I wanted was not a part of the deal. Even though I made it clear that what I wanted to do. They didn't leave me satisfied with that interaction, but I have since learned how the system works. I guess the cashiers have really run out of practice on quality customer service since the implement of the tablets for ordering. Well, sometimes it's best to talk to someone about what you want (especially for the first time being in the establish).

Totally love their fresh sandwiches. There are no preservatives in the bread which is the best part. The bad part is when you go there after 4 pm, they do not have all breads available.

caesar dressing and croutons are the best part

This place is right in the middle of a hive of FSU student housing so does get busy. I view that as a good thing. The staff here is on point and the service quick. I am a huge fan of Panera’s soups and the French onion here is as good as you would get in an upscale restaurant.
